I have to say, I just left there for the first time and ordered a couple of New York things, Bagel, lox and cream cheese and a pastrami on rye. When I say the food was so good I started eating the containers. The guy behind the counter was a gentleman, the place was run like a well-oiled machine and when I read the bad reviews I just don't understand it, unless they're just people you can't satisfy no matter what you do, I was married to one of those.Besides, if you don't get yelled at, how you supposed to feel like you're in the Bronx?

Very good pastrami. Everything about the sandwich was fresh. You can taste the quality of freshness in every bite. I'm here visiting a friend and will definitely be back before I return home.
Stopped in Friday about 1pm and purchased half a dozen bagels, along with some super expensive cream cheese with scallions. The next morning found all the bagels were hard as rocks and stale. Even toasting didn’t improve them. Won’t be back. On top of it, the gentleman waiting on me was rude and extremely unfriendly.

This is an update to prior...but nothing has changed. This is our go to bagel place... everything is great there, and the people care about getting the orders fast and right. Pricing is on par with other local places, but the amount of food is more generous than the other places. Been for Breakfast and Lunch. Bagels are great, but the salads and other homemade foods are delicious!!!

Been wanting to write a review for quite sometime. Been here a few times, Bagels are amazing. I'm from Queens NYC. The overall service sucks. I hope they got rid of that Indian looking young female. She is the worst. No Customer Service skills, not pleasant. I came in to pick up my Cheese Burger and the Pickle was missing, came back into the store. She gave it to me in a Napkin. What kind of service is that. Her attitude sucks and she definitely not representing this business call themselves the Bronx Bagel and Deli. In NYC she would've been fired. Definitely doesn't have the friendliness like a New Yorker. Stopped coming here since the Service is terrible. Let me know when she's gone. I'll give it another shot. Thank you.

Decent bagel sandwiches, didn't try anything else but I will head back for some
I’m from NJ and was really excited about stopping in. Called in an order. Waited 40 minutes after I showed up to get my food. People that walked in and ordered got food before me. The owner (maybe?) who was manning the food window asked for my fries with my blt for 10 minutes. My pregnant wife was starving so we ate in the parking lot. Everything was cold. Even and especially the fries. The owner (?) was yelling at all the employees. One employee yelled at a customer and told her “this is where you always order from” when she asked where the line was. Both our sandwiches were wrong. My wife got the wrong bagel. I got mayo on mine. I asked for extra crispy bacon and got charged for extra bacon. And if that was extra bacon, I’d hate to see their normal bacon.

Best authentic NY bagels in Broward County. My favorite is a spinnich wrap custom with regular eggs- American cheese all kinds of vegetables and tomato. it's. a meal that lasts me all day. The staff knows what I like and as soon as they see me they start making my Spinnich egg omelet.The best I ever ate. They have a huge menu. something for everyone. Very reasonable prices.

Low key, cannot be mistaken for anything but a Jewish Deli . No table service. Very plain, modest decor. Fair prices. Pastrami is on par with other delis, but not particularly better.I'd go there again, but other choices might be more attractive.

The eggs were good, except I ordered over medium and they came out hard. The bagel was good, but again I asked for lightly toasted, came out a bit more so was crunchier than I prefer. Prices are reasonable and the potatoes are outstanding.
