We went for lunch and had a burger and burger sliders with fries. The service was great, the place was very clean and the restrooms clean as well. Our server name was Havodeen she was very nice and attentive. The food was amazing will definitely go back!

Visited for lunch (ate in) and had take out the next day. Food was delicious, portions good and service great. Our server for lunch was a young red headed girl and she was fabulous. Very friendly and helpful. Saturday evening for take out she was there again and again delivered the same friendly service. There was another young lady as well originally fron Long Island and she too was so friendly. If you’re in Deerfield on vacation, Definitely recommend visiting this establishment based on the service provided by these two staff members.

The service is very bad or just neglectful. The food is sub par as well but it is a great decrease from the hamburger place that used to be in the same location. Very poor experience.

This was so horrible it's kind of comical. My family of 4 was seated and ignored for a bit. Then waters were eventually brought. We ordered drinks. My kids and husbands drinks were forgotten and mine was brought with a bug in it. Finally got to order an appetizer. Had to remind the waitress what my family ordered to drink. The appetizer (nachos) was brought out and it was just mediocre. Nothing to write home about. We were then ignored again. I got up and asked the waitress for our check. $27 for shit service and a bug in my drink. The ONLY thing that was good was the musician. He killed it.

We enjoyed take out meals twice at Burger Craze while we were at the Wyndham Deerfield Beach Hotel. We ordered from the bar and service was prompt. We especially liked the caesar chicken wrap with grilled chicken. It was filling and tasty. The cheeseburger was very good also. This is a very convenient location near the beach.

Not one to write a bad review but... My friend, My six year old sister, and I came to eat because we were starving. We were here for about an hour and a couple of minutes and the food took very long to come out and when it did the waitress just slid it on the table. I work at a restaurant that gets very busy almost every day of the week and the service is never this slow, with only 5 tables that are already eating the service shouldn't be as slow as it was with all the tables taken care of except us. The food is exceptional but I would much rather spend my money on an other place that has better service.

walked in with my 7 year old daughter. waited for someone to seat us, as the board i strutted us to do. several empyees walked back and forth without even acknowledging us. we stood there being ignored for about 10 minutes. The a family of 3 walked in behind us and were also waiting. Suddenly, a Haitian male employee noticed the family of 3 as though my daughter and i hadnt been standing there the entire time. he offered them a table and told me and my daughter "table of 3 first". my daughter looked up at me and said "Daddy we were standing in line first ". Even a 7 year old knew that what had just happened was just aweful customer service. I will never give this place my business again. My daughter and i ate at Flannigans across the street and were greeted immediately. Horrible experience at Burger Craze. They simply didnt seem to care .
The food was great. The service was great. We sat outside and it was great. The only reason I knocked 1 star off is bc I ordered my sandwich to be on lettuce and they brought it on a bun. The burgers were delicious and the chili cheese fries and parmesan truffle fries were delicious! We ordered a coke and diet coke and they were cans of pop poured into glasses with paper straws.

Just had a burger from here! Very bland and the Beef definitely isn’t fresh! Waste of 14 dollars, McDonald’s burger has more flavor than burger craze

Some of the best burgers I've ever had. The waitress was absolutely amazing and friendly. The drinks and food were just absolutely amazing. There were so many options that it was so hard for us to just choose one thing.

I went as a solo diner for a meal. It took the server a few minutes to take my order and I told her I would start with a water and decide on my other drink soon. She never came back. My food was brought by another person and was not made correctly. Overall very disappointing for an over cooked burger and a small amount of sauce barely noticeable ($0.75 extra). I had to get my water bottle out of my bag because nobody would refill my water. Eventually another lady refilled my drink after she saw me drinking from my bottle. My server was nowhere to be found and I When I could see her she didn’t look at me. She eventually dashed behind me, asking if it was good but left before I could really answer as I had a mouth full of food. She did not care about my service. It really sucks to be a solo patron and treated like you’re invisible. I had planned on spending a lot of money on a booze shake and a few beers but decided against it when it took 45 minutes for a burger.
