We had eaten in this restaurant several years ago and were impressed then so for this years anniversary I decided to take the plunge again and left extremely pleased. The service was unobtrusive and informative and the food was innovative and ingredients well pared and perfect accompaniment for the main dish's. We had the Mahi that was cooked to perfection and spiced well so you could actually tell you were eating a delicate catch of the day. We are local and will be returning more frequently in the future. From the moment you arrive the staff greets you will a warm smile and are extremely polite. The view whether you sit inside or outside is amazing with the ocean being directly in front of you. The menu is perfect and the portions are plentiful ✨ the wine list is amazing and they serve a delicious cocktail. This was a beautiful hotel, wonderful restaurant, and the service team was exceptional. We felt like we were on a cruise ship; breakfast and coffee was spectacular. It’s a very relaxing place and great if you want to treat yourself to a lovely experience.

It's a very special restaurant; the ambiance is amazing. There are ocean views; a very cool fish tank. There is outside seating - cool waterfall design. I went for breakfast - gourmet teas; and a bagel sandwich - lox; egg; and onion. The service is lovely. I can't wait to go for dinner one night!!
Food was ok, everything seemed a bit overcooked, bordering on burnt. Cream for coffee curdled and had to be replaced. Acai bowl was missing granola as described on the menu. Some items seemed a bit overpriced, like the small chicken sausage patties. We were pleased with the service though, and the overall experience was good.
The Prime Rib was perfectly prepared. The service and sitting arrangement made the evening memorable. A perfect place to have an excellent meal as well as a quiet intimate setting.

Chansons is amazing. This was our second visit - absolutely top notch. Nick, our waiter remembered our names, our favorite drinks and what we ate on our last visit. The oysters were delicious, followed by several small bites, on the house - small piece of pizza from a visiting Italian chef - perfection - bread, tapenade, and a couple of others - I forget the names. Others in our party enjoyed the mushroom soup. Entre's were Tile fish and Scallops - delicious to the last bite. Chefs flan desert followed. We will certainly be back. A little pricey, but absolutely the best quality from a talented chef.
Hands down the best in Deerfield Beach. Excellent fine dining food with servers who know what they are doing and a wine list to match. This is not Applebees, so if you're expecting something like that you would be out of luck. No, this is the meal where details matter in the prep, the presentation, and the entire service. Granted, the price reflects the meal but this is the place where you go to have an exceptional meal for that very special occasion or when you want to just enjoy elegant dining. The menu changes often depending on what is available and the chef's creative notion of the moment. If you really want to be adventurous, do the chef's tasting with the wine pairings. However, the daily specials are wonderful, too. Do this.

If you're looking for a boisterous evening of acceptable food in a nice atmosphere, don't come here. If you're looking for properly prepared food, using the best ingredients, with professional service and a great wine list, all in a nice atmosphere, Chanson is your place. Surely one of the best restaurants in Florida. It's a little hidden - right on Deerfield Beach, but worth seeking out.

Amazing service! Personal selection from chef Alejandro paired with wonderful Australian vino (Gigglepot), thanks to the maître d'/sommelier. Everything was perfect. Beachfront hotel with five-star restaurant facing the Atlantic. The view through the aquarium to the swimming pool is awesome. I had both lunch and returned here for dinner. Thank you Chris for the excellent service. I will return and highly recommend.

Food was good but not what we ordered/were told. Was told by waitress it would come with bacon but instead came with sausage(I don’t eat sausage). No one ever came around to see how the food was. When I informed the staff what we were told vs what we got they did nothing to resolve. Plus they add a 20% tip automatically. Expected much more from this place.
