The associates were friendly, kind, and attentive. The food was on par with every other Chipotle and exactly what I wanted/expected.I have never written a bad review in my life and it pains me to write one.The management team needs to show up and see the place - it was filthy. Every garbage can overflowing, no napkins anywhere, mops left out, front door broken, every table left untidy.I put this on the coaches - they need to show up and can’t let a place get like this. The associates should have someone that can empower them to do better and be proud of where they work instead of working in a place where every surface is unclean, etc.Very bad look for the brand.

The purpose of this one star review was because of my experience with the manager. I was ordering my food and the employee made a simple mistake when making a customers food. The manager in punishment discounted it from that workers free meal. Utter disrespect from the manager to his team. Also, it wasn’t another hour until closing and they were out of half of the ingredients on top of the dirty tables and floors. For this plethora of reasons I will not return to this location.

This location is awful. My order was wrong, and the food just tastes really really off. Not how my bowl normally tastes, something was definitely off. No ice, everything was messy.
Very bad, unhappy, grumpy servers at front. They don’t want to be working there, with a such bad face and does not say a word when you come.The food in this Deerfield Chipotle is always in need to be replaced and if you don’t ask them to replace it, you must eat whatever leftovers is in there.Terrible staff and still a good food!
This place was very dirty. All the tables for filthy and the condiment station was dirty no napkins and sticky. When getting our food no one had hair nets on or gloves. If the health inspector came in this place would it be shut down. I’m not sure what happened to the management. This place ie a disgrace. This was a favorite of our family.

Ive been coming to this chipotle for about 2 years. For about 4 months, I’ve been going 3 or 4 times a week since it’s right by my house and it’s a quick, healthy option. They’re always out of something. What’s crazy is that’s it’s always something different . I have never seen a chipotle so dead before . The steak is dry and way overcooked as well as the chicken. The staff seems nice however whoever overlooks this location needs to step in as for the longest period of time, nothing seems to have changed. I go in there getting chicken when i really want steak because that steak extremely dry.

I was being served by a younger Hispanic looking young man. He seemed irritated throughout the entire encounter. I politely asked for extra beans and he seemed annoyed by that. I usually frequent Chipotle and always ask for my burritos to be cut in half. It's never an issue. I asked this young man can he cut my burrito in half and he flat out said no. He didn't even offer me my receipt and moved on to the next customer.
