Love the food and the service has always been fantastic. I’m disappointed you took away the Sunrise Sampler. Your coffee is WEAK. Please change either your coffee brand or make it stronger, thank you.
Cracker Barrel is homey, pleasant atmosphere and the customer service on this visit was delightful!! Initially, my food wasn't what I expected. The waitress, Alessandra, was extremely helpful and understanding and didn't hesitate to make sure I got a replacement in a very short time. Customer Service is extremely important to me. It definitely keeps me coming back for more home style eating.

FIVE STARS. We had breakfast and dinner at the Cracker Barrel Deerfield Beach on Saturday February 10th and everything was perfect. It was the best food we've had in a long time, and tasted just like homemade. Definitely recommend. Highest recommendation!
