Terrible experience I did an online order as I do every month for meetings or kids scholl events. I ordered a few dozen of dounts. Even ordered them ahead of time to ensure they were ready. They claimed they were all out and I had to resolve the order issue online with was a lie and very unprofessional experience so far. It's been weeks. Still no credit or refund! Never with I shop here or any other store again.

This Dunkin Donuts was ok. The hazelnut frozen coffee probably needed more syrup as it was a little flavorless. The staff were all very friendly and helpful though. Donuts were on par.

My bagel twist was totally burnt. I would never eat this and I don’t think anyone else would either. Too bad I got all the way to work with my burnt breakfast. No time to return it. Do better Dunkin. People don’t have time to be returning burnt food.

They need to change the card reader. All my credit and debit cards were declined. Apple pay didn’t work. Tried the app and the store was not connected. I checked with my bank and there was no problem. Went to krispy kreme down the road and used the same card no problem.
