I believe it was around 4:30 p.m..This place is a hole. I will never return to this dunkin' donut location. There were wadded up napkins and other paper products all over the floor. the chairs weren't even at the tables The garbage bin was overflowing. there had been a big spill of coffee. Looked like it had been there for a long time. I sat at the high top table. All of the foot rests were broken off the front of the chairs.But the Good news is..... the coffee was great! It's hard to mess up dunkin' donut coffee. I think you're better off going through the drive-thru.

Went here twice the past two days as it was close to our clients house. The first day I got their Vanilla Latte but the flavoring was pretty strong (I haven't gotten a flavored latte in a while so that could be just me). Food was decent. I was going to use the restroom but it was occupied from the moment I walked in until after I got my order so I went on my way. The second time I went in, I had to wait for them to remake my oatmilk latte because they accidentally made it with almond milk. They realized before giving it to me and fixed it right away, which I appreciate. I got all the way back to work before realizing they didn't put bacon on my Bacon-Topped Avocado Toast.

I'm a regular customer of this location and I love Dunkin Donuts. The food is delicious and practical! I usually order online and pick up at the drive thru but the staff almost always forgets something; the penultimate time I ordered it, I was already getting home when I realized there was a piece of toast I had ordered missing. I had to go back to ask and they gave it to me. The staff is usually friendly, depending on who serves me. Today unfortunately I have to say that I didn't like the service. I waited almost half an hour to pick up my order at the drive thru now at the end of the morning, it's terribly hot outside and until then I didn't understand why it took so long, as there weren't many people in front of me. When it was finally my turn to get my food at the window, the woman who served me barely looked at my face and only gave me one drink, I said two and it said so on the receipt. She ignored me and gave me the food. That's when I asked again for the second drink. She looked over and went on to make the hot coffee I'd ordered online, and I must say, she didn't seem to be in a hurry. I got home and noticed that my caramel iced coffee is WITHOUT the caramel! And without sugar. I had to add sugar here at home, and we know it doesn't stay the same. Anyway… I am saddened by the lack of interest that some people have in serving customers well.

They take forever to answer the drive thru teller, when I get to the window she didn’t even tell me the total she just starred at me. Never got a thank you, how are you, not even have a good day.. nothing. I’d rather drive farther than come to this Dunkin. The coffee is so inconsistent and they clearly have zero customer service.
