Dirty, terrible service, and coffee that tastes like sewage. Not to mention that the lady who made my coffee was also making coffees with her excessively long, filthy nails. My coffee was primarily ice and no flavor. She didn't use enough milk, so it was mostly black. I asked her to please replace it, and she did so but with an attitude. She further aggravated the situation by replacing it for a waterly black coffee. Never again I will go to this location.

I spent more time to get someone to take my order than to take my order. Nobody up front and I got the girl from DT to finally get my order. Speed of service is 0 for this store, you guys need to get a manager to take care of this quickly.

Extremely rude staff! Just passed by the drive through on this Deerfield Dunkin Donuts.NEVER AGAIN! First they didn’t want to scan my app. Second charged me for the whipped cream for my dog. Third the cashier was upset that I complained and said ” It’s never that serious”… I go everyday to the Dunkin Donut in Pompano Beach and never an issue…

Cold Brew Coffee asked for French Vanilla. It was served dark. Ordered Boston Kreme Donut. Chocolate frosting served in bag frosting down that stuck to the bag with no Chocalate frosting on the donut.

I've given this place so many chances. Today is my last. This morning, I tried ordering coffee and a croissant. Not only it took a few times to get my order right...somehow the person on the intercom yelled a profanity at someone inside the store. I was in the drive thru. That should have been a sign to go elsewhere. No, I decided to continue with my order. I got sick soon after by just eating the croissant. I threw the coffee away. This place is horrible. I will never go back. I wish I can give it a zero.
