“I decided to try Trinos food truck in West Boca and I was not disappointed. My daughter and I both got burgers, and we can’t imagine finding a better burger anywhere else. This was by far the BEST BURGER either one of us has ever had! The flavor of the meat was amazing, and the toppings mixed together was just PERFECT. I also enjoyed their many signature sauces that were on every table. Our waitress was an absolute sweetheart and made suggestions for us to try. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!“
“Best taco truck in town! I’ve tried many other trucks and taquerias in the area and this by far is the best. I’ve had the birria tacos, burritos, café, and breakfast tacos. Everything was delicious. I save extra sauces for meals at home. I stop here at least twice a week ?“

“The owner Baker Jay was polite, I bought 3 brownies and 1 crunch topping and 1 oreo cheesecakes. The brownies were perfectly fudgy and the cheesecake had a different spin to it. Both desserts were super yummy. My family and I truly enjoyed it.“

You can tell he genuinely loves what he does. He’ll always greet you with such a warm smile and if you have any questions he’ll be happy to help.First time I came, I was a little nervous because of all the options and was scared to get something I wouldn’t like. I asked the owner what he recommended and he suggested the Colombian hot dog, so I went with it and honestly wow. Never had it before, and to be honest it was a lot but man was it delicious. If you’re a sauce person like me you’ll love it, if not it may not be the best option. Next time I went he suggested I tried the Colombian burger and that was just as good!This is a place where I don’t mind trying something new because I know I’m getting something that is freshly made and honestly nothing has been bad.My absolute favorite thing to get here now, is the beef pinchos with the fries. The fries have this green seasoning that is just spectacular. Pairs wonderfully with every dish here.“

“Good food. Everything is made fresh so the waits are a bit long. We came in April and it was so hot. We waited over 30 minutes for two sandwiches. It was unbearably hot. Ambience, comfort, temperature, everything affects the taste of the food. I would have enjoyed it more if I was not standing in the hot sun for 30 minutes. I know- it's a food truck. They can't help it. I get it. Definitely 5 stars for the food.“
“The only thing we grabbed was the beef empanadas and they were absolutely fabulous. Perfectly crisp, extremely affordable and flavorful. They came with 2 sauces, a green spicy one and a creamy cilantro one - loved them both! I will totally be back to do business with them again.“
