On hold for 14 minutes before I hung up and called back… recycles the recording numerous times until I just started driving to place a to go order- manager answers apologizes for wait tells me she’ll take my order but she too had to place me on a brief hold- NEVER CAME BACK- I ARRIVED at ihop to place order- they took their phone off hookLady kept her back to me filling to go orders with no GM ty for your patience etc- then a lady came in after me with a Togo order- WHY WAS THE MANAGER READY TO FILL THAT ORDER BEFORE TAKING MINE???She she asked did u call and saw that it was in fact the lady she too left on hold all I got WAS LIP SERVICE & attitudeI called the store from inside the store- NO RINGINGI wonder if their owner knows they keep the phone off the hook during EATING hours???

I ordered food from this ihop location using doordash. food didn’t take long i picked it up soon as it was dropped off. i opened my container and there was a fly just walking around in the food. i could tell it had been sitting in there because it didn’t even fly out of the container when i opened it, it just sat on the food roaming around. completely disgusted. would never eat from here again.

The service and food was so very BAD the mgr comp the food. I was not able to eat it at all and returned it and left. But did tip!There was a total of 5 adults and toddler in the entire restaurant and it took 1hr and 10mins to get cold burnt food.2 tables only had 1 person.3 ppl came to our table trying to explain what happened. IHOP has declined to be the worst breakfast spot now and thats sad.Actually I took pics of the food and empty restaurant.

Don't bother IHOP has gone down hill, it's been a while since I visited, and it's nothing like I remember.Burnt eggs, had hash whites not hash browns, biscuit and gravy came with a 1/3 filled little 4oz cup of gravy that didn't cover one side of a biscuit, then if you ask for more, we got a 1/2 filled little cup that they charged $1.88 for. Not going back!

Dear God. 14 dollars for 3 pancakes the size of a coffee cup plate. ( actual size) and 2 mini eggs.What a rip off.! Like two eggs and pancakes cost us more than a dollar to make at home.Nope! Been there done that. Nostalgic =Yes. A waste of money ? Certainly a "Heck yes"!
