The whole experience was bad to the customer service being extremely rude. The manager talking to her employees like they were incompetent and treated me the same way. The sub tasted like plastic and the bread was hard I didn’t even get it toasted.

Let me start by saying that Jenna, the supposed manager at Jersey Mike's Subs, is hands down one of the most unfit individuals to hold a managerial position. Her lack of professionalism and poor communication skills make her a liability rather than an asset to the establishment.First and foremost, Jenna's petty behavior is appalling. Instead of fostering a positive work environment, she thrives on creating unnecessary drama and tension among the staff. Whether it's favoritism towards certain employees or engaging in childish gossip, Jenna's antics only serve to poison the workplace culture.Furthermore, Jenna's inability to communicate effectively is a major issue. She lacks basic interpersonal skills and often resorts to condescension and rudeness when addressing her team. Instead of providing constructive feedback or offering support, she belittles and demeans her employees, creating an atmosphere of fear and resentment.As a manager, Jenna should be a role model for professionalism and leadership. However, her petty behavior and poor communication skills make her utterly unfit for the position. It's clear that she prioritizes her own ego over the well-being of her team, leading to a toxic work environment that is detrimental to employee morale and productivity.In conclusion, I urge anyone considering employment at Jersey Mike's Subs to beware of Jenna's presence. Imagine my shock when I received a call on my day off, only to be told that I was being let go. No explanation. No warning. Just a cold dismissal.The lack of professionalism displayed by the management is utterly disgraceful. Firing an employee without any valid reason or prior discussion is not only unfair but also demonstrates a complete disregard for basic human decency.What makes matters worse is the total lack of transparency. When I asked for an explanation, I was met with vague responses and empty excuses. It's evident that Jersey Mike's Subs lacks the integrity to own up to their actions and provide employees with the respect they deserve.As a former employee, I can no longer endorse a company that treats its workers with such contempt. Jersey Mike's Subs may make decent sandwiches, but their unethical treatment of employees overshadows any positive aspect of their business.To anyone considering working at Jersey Mike's Subs, beware. You could be the next victim of their arbitrary and unjust employment practices. As for me, I'll be taking my talents and my patronage elsewhere, where I am valued as a human being, not just a disposable commodity.

I thought this place was really good.the workers are all very friendly and you get to watch them make your sub,this way they can't make your sub wrong and forget something your ordered on you sub.if the cold cuts were a little better I would have given them a 5 star rating all around.the bread was really good also.

Loved the Roast Beef and Provolone sandwich. The staff was very nice especially the woman with the tattoo and blonde hair. Very respectful.That was my first Kersey Mike's experience. I would definitely order there again when I'm in Florida.
