Waiting time 45 mins because they have to cook the chicken , as per associate. No Manager available , no food ready.Manager says 20 mins waiting time for a pot pie because they must cook it. Is KFC still a a fast food restaurant?

I was with my family in our car, ordering by drive through… it was about 8:20 pm…. We got there happy and excited to eat the food that we like… but the lady who was taking the order mistreated us hardly, she was super rude and she didn’t have paciente with us in front of our kids. Shame for KFC has a person like that dealing with clients….The worse, we payed to be mistreated.

I’m DoorDash driver and the woman at the Window with red hair was really rude and not willing to help out for the order I had and she had a bad attitude for no reason you should fire her really bad behavior for customer service

The worst kfc and customer service . drive way is always block buy trucks dilerving I also found what felt like paper in my chicken and water on my fries worst kfc stay away the female cashier /worker is vindictive and petty regularly they wouldn't put what I asked for in the bag .. STAY AWAY.

Waooo just went and picked up my order chicken tasted like it was sitting there for hours all dried out the gravy spilled all over the rest of the food this is the second time this happened trust me it wont be a 3rd kfc you guys can do better ???

First time ordering take out. The lady at register was not the most welcoming. Gave me a feeling she was dreading being there. My pickup was missing a drink and i was waiting for someone to come back at the register so i can ask for my drinks. She looked at me and she looked surprised i haven’t left yet with my food. Told her i was missing my drinks, she looked at the receipt and grabbed my drinks that was waiting in the counter by the drive thru window. It was a neutral experience but somewhat not pleasant. Food was as good as fast food gets though
