Good ice cream in a good location. We loved the Coffee Chip ice cream & the waffle cones are some of the best! On the other hand...two ice cream cones for $17? WOW! I do get it, it's a vacation spot & the economy right now is crazy...but two ice cream cones one scoop of ice cream each for $17 is kind of nuts.

Easy to walk to. Lots of seating outside and it's covered. Not much seating inside. Lots of goodies like fudge, chocolates, and bagged items to take home. We came for ice cream. Ice cream wise, lots of variety in choices. I went with the marshmallow cream and cappuccino chocolate chip in a waffle cup. The waffle cup was under a heat lamp to keep it warm. The ice cream and waffle cup were all delicious!! Smooth, creamy, and good flavors. The service was not as good. The one staff member that helped us looked like she hated being there. So that wasn't as enjoyable.

A Kilwins fan, I love coming here! The best ice cream and awesome chocolates. I've turned a lot of people on to this place and they quickly agreed it's the best! Friendly staff (at all Kilwins I've been to), and it's so hard to choose what to have because it's all so good!

Ice cream was good. Service was fine. It's just a behind the counter gal dishing out ice cream. Atmosphere is nice if you love smelling chocolate fudge being made oh my! Very expensive ice

Kilwin's is always a great experience, considering the ice cream is made right there with their recipe. The staff is so nice and make you feel like you're the only one there. Great ice cream!

$15 for three scoops of ice cream. There cake batter ice cream didn’t even taste like cake batter at all. There limited edition flavor tasted like strawberry shortcake so 10/10 for that and a star for friendly service.

Very disappointed in the customer service! Sunday May 28,2023.We passed the other Gelato place in front of Flannigans to go to Kilwins since we always enjoy Kilwins.According to Yelp and the sign on the door it closes at 11pm! We arrived at 1030pm with 5 girls from a volleyball team, only to be turned away from the employee, stating they were closing early due to short staff problems. I may be wrong but it shouldn't take more than 1 employee to scoop ice cream to 5 more customers before closing!This isn't how you should treat customers especially kids! We went to the Gelato place down the street and were treated very well! I'm glad we gave them our business!
