I went to the one at 300 W Hillsboro, Deerfield Beach, Fl on 1/9/2024 at 6:18pm. I've been eating McDonald's since the 70's when the food was amazing and the employees were professional and friendly. These days, it's not the same...across the board, the food now is mediocre, the employees are rude and unprofessionals...it's such a shame.When I got there, there was no one in line so I walked up to order and saw 3 employees (1 guy and 2 girls) off to the side chatting, laughing and having a good time which is fine if you're on top of your job and still being attentive to your customers.The guy was facing me so I figured he would either serve me or say something to the other 2 to serve me. That did not happen. They just carried on with their banter as I stood there and watched. Not only was I shocked that he didn't say anything to the girls, the girl not once ever turned their heads To see if anyone was at the register.I was floored and deliberately said nothing because I wanted to see how long I would actually be standing there before I was served. Unbelievable!I was finally served after a few minutes. 3 times I asked her to not include cheese with my burger. Guess what? When I got home, my dry double had a spot of melted cheese where they put it on and then took it off! Really?!?!? If someone doesn't want cheese, either they don't like cheese or they could be lactose intolerant...either. YOU DON'T LEAVE CHEESE ON A BURGER!! It's not rocket science! I think some retraining is in order... smh

I withness my meal that I ordered last night was wrongfully handle to the customer in front of me at least 30 seconds before they gave it back to the employee, I mentioned to the employee about it and she do nothing by it. She reluctantly did not want to make my food. I had been sitting for probably 10 plus minutes waiting for my food so I took it and I told her I did not appreciate the fact that customers handled my food.Vegetarian options: I added tomato on my mc chicken.Nothing was crispy
