First time trying this place and it's was terrible. First I got the pineapple/coconut/orange fruit smoothie. It was watery and flavorless. She was nice and tried to make me another one (strawberry/banana) but as I watched her she kept adding more water and ice. I had to tell her to stop adding water. This time the drink, (I call it a drink because a smoothie it was not) was just a flavorless and watery. What a waste of $7.

Honestly just a waste of space in the LA Fitness. It’s always closed and the one time I catch them open it’s 5 mins before they close and the attendant refused to make me a smoothie, she said she had other things to do. Why even take up the space in the gym.

Worst service ever. After asking for a simple scoop of protein in a fruit smoothie, the owner, Cara would not listen to her client and started yelling at him and stated cursing as well. Then came from behind the counter for a confrontation. All unprovoked. Very unladylike as well as the most disgusting behavior I have ever seen from a business let alone their owner. This represents LA Fitness in the poorest fashion.

We got smoothies made with their smoothie mix. They turned out to be all smoothie mix and barely any fruit, so they just taste like a milky drink with a weird after taste.
