By far the worst papa John’s pizza I ever had I will never come to this location again cold ..cheese didn’t look right …oily and crust was so thick it took up half the pizza no blue cheese for the wings just terrible…

My 2nd review on this store. (The 1st one below from a few years ago,)Sometimes they just don't know how to make pizza as their Pizza can be very thin and the slices have large blisters in them.. I know they've had different ownership the past few years but they really need to get it together. Sandal foot store is much better but they're too far away from meNormally the west deerfield store is really nice and friendly but tonight I ordered a pizza and when I arrived I kindly asked him to bring it up to me because I began to have some back spasms. they said they were too busy to bring it out. I asked him again very nicely to bring it out and he said "no sir I can't do that " I normally don't write reviews like this but how rude! I am at a loss for words to be perfectly honest. I called ahead to the West Boca sandalfoot store and reordered and asked them if they could bring it out to me they had no problem with it

1hour and 30 minutes after the order was placed and a phone call was made and James, the supposed manager, said the driver would be here in 10minutes. Order did not arrive and in twenty, I called again and was told by James the order was returned to the store and the driver called 5x and no answer. No driver ever knocked or called and he said they would not remake or redelived. James is the worst and the driver is a liar.

today 12:30 I'll walk to the store with my kid I was going to order pizza take out door was l was locked hi was set down in the back and then he comes open the door he look like he was tired and he doesn't understand the worst customer I walk away

TL;DRAvoid ordering from this place or suffer the consequences.Long version:I have ordered from this place multiple times. Most of the times I have a problem, like no sauce, half the ingredients are not right, and so on.I never complain because I do like their pizza. However, they got to my limit. This time, I ordered 3 x 6 wings with different sauces and received plain instead and with ranch as dipping sauce.Of course, nobody enjoyed the dinner, we lost our money and time. Even worse, there is no way to communicate with support, and the store always answers and hangs up.PD: After I read the other reviews, I finally decided to write this review and stopped eating there. There are too many bad reviews for a restaurant!

This is my regular papa John's and I'm never disappointed when I do come here. However, my experience last night was above and beyond thanks to the employees Ashley and Matthew. I used my mobile app to order and arrived when it said it would be ready and it was. These two were so friendly, it felt like they truly cared about the work they were doing. Anyways, when I got back to my car, I checked the pizza and half of the pizza was missing pepperoni -- no biggie, people make mistakes! I am usually not one to complain but my husband gets one side of the pizza while I get the other and I'd have felt awful had my side been perfect while he would have to eat a simple cheese slice. I went back in and explained to Ashley what happened and she offered to make a whole new pie! I assumed they'd just add pepperoni and throw it back in but she insisted on making me a new one to correct things. She was very sweet and assured me it would be ready within 8 minutes. I went to my car and planned to wait 10 minutes just to give them an extra moment for their kind gesture; but when I looked up, I saw Matthew headed to my car to hand deliver the pizza. The staff here, even though it's "just a pizza place," are wonderful. Also, inside was clean although small. Mistakes will never deter me from a place when the staff can own up to it and correct things. The pizza they made was delicious and I will keep this location as my home location. Thank you again, Ashley and Matthew. Your hard work and dedication is admirable. PS make sure you try the new Twix papa bites dessert, it is so good!
