Hadn't been to Popeye's for quite some time. The service and the food was good however I was shocked that a three-piece meal only included a leg a wing and a thigh. What happened to chicken breast? Three piece dinner with one side and a biscuit was 12.99. Ouch.

Management at this location is really poor. The chicken nuggets chicken was fresh but the chicken sandwich i got with it seemed really old and tough. nothing like it was when it first came out.Also every single time i come here they say they have no honey mustard sauce. all the other locations i've been to have it. that seems like something really basic that the manager can't figure out

THE LADY AT THE WINDOW my lord so damn rude i got a 2 piece combo along with a mango lemonade and a oreo cheesecake they took my order on the microphone and when i got to the window and she started to repeat my order i simple said “ i order a oreo cheesecake as well” she LITERALLY GIVE ME THE RUDEST ATTITUDE “ we don’t have any” in the most ghetto tone ever!! then rolling her eyes at me so when i got my food i ask for sweet heat it’s wasn’t any in the bag she saying “well it’s in the bag look” why the hell yall got people working at the drive thru with such dirty stank attitude???

This place is so nasty no hairnets no gloves grabbing food and cups with bare hands guy at the counter wearing his pants on his knees nice guy but place is disgusting no standards ugh never again.

Ordered ahead on their app because sometimes the FISH sandwich takes longer. Went through the drive thru to pick up. Got home to discover a CHICKEN sandwich, which by the way costs $1 less than the fish sandwich. While the chicken sandwich was good, it was not what I ordered and paid for. Went back to the app to verify what I ordered and it was fish. Honest error or did they assume that I would not get back in rush hour traffic to get the correct order? I don’t know. I have felt people of my race are unwelcome at this location, which is why I won’t go inside again and only order on the app for pickup. BTW the options for sides are not great - greasy biscuit, a few tablespoons of red beans & rice in styrofoam, cayenne pepper fries, goopy Cole slaw with way too much mayo sauce - so never get a combo, just a sandwich. Next time looking for a different location.

Went through drive through and paid for an order but they accidentally charged me for something else similar to what I wanted but they made up for it with exceptional customer service, they fixed it and made it right thanks to the staff working 02/21/24 around 7:30
