If I could give zero stars I would. Go to the one in boca or at target this place has the rudest people and they're inconsistent. They don't listen to custom orders, horrible customer service and inconsiderate. The food is always sitting, they always have attitude, the place is messy. And their bathrooms are always dirty. Their drive through line moves really slow.

So it’s Saint Paddy’s day and they had online you guys had a Frappuccino Matcha Crème Frappuccino and I showed the guy his name is Kevin and he gave me a little attitude he’s like what is that read it to me I said it’s a drink that’s out for Saint Paddy‘s day I know I saw they have it in a tea. And then he asked how I make it like it’s a drink that Starbucks is offering for Saint Paddy‘s day and he’s asking me to read what it says how to make it are you guys supposed to train how to do that and know about the drink before it comes out I think it came out last week for buy one get one and I was wanting one I don’t go there that much but I feel like I shouldn’t have to know how to make a drink when it’s supposed to be made a certain time his attitude probably could’ve been a little better and make me not feel that dumb when honestly it’s on yahoo and I usually get carmel frapp . So the service was not that great

EXTREMELY inconsistent!!! I have absolutely NO faith in this location whatsoever...every time I decide to give them another chance I leave disappointed! If you're a brown sugar fan you may not want to waste your time at this location because it's definitely hit or miss with availability!
my daughter says the cake pops are amazing and the hot chocolate is really good. However you have to butter your own bagel which is no fun at all. I say all the other food is terrible! mushy terribleness.. Drinks are good though :)
