Worst Subway I've ever had the despair of ordering something! I placed an order through Uber eats, they accepted my order, never prepared it and simply closed the store after making me wait 40 minutes for my order! Worst service possible!

I live near this Walmart, it has a Subway in the store. Four months ago I purchased a meatball sandwich with cheese. When I get home I noticed there was no sauce and it had only three meatballs. Two months ago I went to another Subway on Federal highway. First the meats, cheeses, and veggies were all covered with the glass. Ive seen other Subways do this. So when they made my sub they had to open the glass cover. It had four meat balls and lots of sauce. I joked with my sister that the Subway on Military reuse the sauce and they try to save the meats. Today I watched the the server, first there was no one in the store, but the glass is always open, which mean flys can get on the food and the food is not fresh because the temperature of the food is lower and bacteria can grow on the food. This Subway is in a Walmart near the exit and the doors open and close all day long. She did give me four meatballs but I had to asked for more sauce, just enough to cover the meat balls. She tried but the spoon had holes in it and she again gave me a meatball sub without enough sauce to enjoy the sub. I'm done with this Subways they must be recycling their sauce. It is the only solution because why not cover the meatballs with sauce. If they cheat on the sauce what else are they doing. Take my advice go to another Subway.

I ate a meatball sub. Within 30 minutes after I ate it . I had chills and felt dizzy . My wife took me to urgent care . It was food poising.Will be giving emergency room visit to my attorney. Will post results.Very poor customer service. I own a business. They are terrible. I'm surprised health inspection has not closed them !

I went to store & both employees wudn't accept the standard common coupon of a ft long for 5.99. She said her machine wudnt accept it. No explanation & no comment when I said a diff subway just accepted coup last week. The girl that prepared our sub was very unfriendly. They were also out of 9grain bread. They also didn't cut the sub in half all the way - I had to go back. I mentioned all of this to 2 different depts at subway corporate office & also asked for a call back, but noone at corporate off contacted me back.

I write this for two days of lousy service 1 day, they said they closed at 9, we arrived at 8:30 and they did not dispatch my order without any reason, second day and a very serious offense, misleading advertising!!! You get advertising at your house for three sandwiches for 17.99 of different meats, when I get to redeem my supposed discount they only serve you a meatball sandwich and in addition to this the terrible service offered by a man with the face of wanting to kick us out, terrible !!! We will never return, be serious with your false advertising.

I have been going to this location for a while now as part of my regimen to lose weight (I'm down over 17lbs!). I almost always order ahead which is convenient at times when it can be a little busy and my food is always ready by the time provided in the app if not sooner. The food always tastes great and it definitely helps if you specify the amount of a topping you would like using the less, regular or more buttons. Additionally, signing up for the subway emails will score you discount codes. This location is always clean and there are seats available if you're looking to dine in. The owner and staff are friendly, happy to help and appreciate your business. I will have to attach a photo of my sub next time as eating quickly when my cat is around is mandatory if I don't want to lose some Turkey lol

????????I drove 15 mins here to this subway. Got here at 8:15pm and supposedly it says it close at 9.As I entered the “open sign restaurant “The girl tells me oh sorry I’m closed. ( mind you the restaurant looks completely open) did not want to make my order and said she was closed.How if it’s 8:15pm ? And you guys close at 9!

Wow! Subway closes at 9 but young lady at the cash register told us she was closed at 825! When we asked her what time Subway closes, she said 9 but she 'always closes early because she has school'. Wow! Whoever owns the Subways in Deerfield Beach (the first one we stopped at stopped serving at 8), you may want to check on your employees..

Worst Subway I have ever been too. The attendants are rude, the ingredients look old and unappealing. This was my second time going there and I don't see any reason to come back. I felt like I was bothering the cashier with my order.

Lunchtime, ordered a protein bowl.I watched server scoop 1/2 full scoops of meat into small bowl for heating. Red Flag!Veggies were added to bowl as I requested...but in a minimal amount. Red flag!Heated meat was then placed atop the veggies & the bowl was HALF full, server made excuse that bowl was not full because of meat. So I questioned why she did not fill scoops full as other Subways do.No response. I told her other locations fill meats to measured amount. No response. Then she asked if I wanted cheese, I replied yes & she only put 2 halves in bowl instead of the usual 4 halves.....as a protein bowl is presented equivalent to a footling sub.I paid $9 for a protein bowl that was truly half full!I have had the very same order from other Subway locations & the bowl items fill the bowl to the very top with lid touching the ingredients.Beware this place is providing customers with sub-standard Subway menu items.

Got a footlong pepperoni sandwich payed almost 8 dollars and the put 6 slices of peperoni i think they should train workers better before leaving them alone or a list of the sandwiches how much slices or meat or whatever is on a sandwich will not be buying here i rather drive the extra mile to get the right sandwich
