We came in today for lunch, our first time here. My husband got the fried catfish it was soggy not edible… I got a seafood boil that was perfect..we were going to order a drink since we are celebrating today. He ordered a gingerale that was horrible to taste. Paid $3 for a bottle of water. They weren’t serving alcohol ok fine it happens .. we noticed Aldi brands which is fine but I could have made this at home. When you go out to lunch or dinner and pay for food it should at least be better than that. Service was just ok the girl was working by herself .. we heard her clear her throat more than once and heard her cough a loogie and SPIT! That was it we had to pay and get out of there. For the price there are better places so we won’t be back unfortunately

The only reason I give this a 5 star is because the girl working by herself, sitting and serving everyone by herself and had such a great attitude and with everything still did such a great job! I didn’t catch her name I wish I did she truly deserves the credit especially when you can tell management does h out care about their restaurant. The food was good as well and she still had everything at a reasonable time!

My waitress at The Juicy Crab was everything, Ken-yona is amazingly awesome.
Food was horrible, and literally inedible. Ordered fried shrimp and fries, and wings. I had one shrimp and a fry and I wanted to throw up. The oil overpowered the whole thing. And tasted old. The wings were all dried up and hardly covered in sauce. We stomached the wings because we didn't want to complain but the shrimp basket was so bad I couldn't get through it. I told the waitress who was super sweet and she said she would take it off the bill. The manager then counted the shrimp and saw that one was missing and charged up $2.25 for the missing shrimp. Unbelievable lol. They lost a customer for sure. Don't recommend at all. Food was horrible, horrible service and the manager was rude. To top it all off the restaurant was empty and is always empty. Says a lot.
