I asked for a salad bowl with no feta cheese as I’m allergic to dairy. The girl working has an AirPod in and wasn’t paying attention. She apparently put cheese in my salad and I had an allergic reaction. I went in to try their açaí bowl and the first bite I took and the dragon fruit mix and the pineapples were old and rotten. It immediately made me sick to my stomach. I let the young girl working there know and her reply is “ yeah the pineapple did look old” …. So why sell it and put it in my bowl..?? Will not be returning and will be letting people know they sell bad fruit in their bowls.

The young lady at the counter was extremely nice and helpful. The flavors were awesome!!! The topping choices were great ?Dietary restrictions: My husband is diabetic. He was able to find one choice that worked. Suggest getting at least one more for healthy options.

The dragon fruit bowls are my absolute favorite; fresh fruit, crunchy granola and delicious smooth dragon fruit sorbet.Vegetarian options: Most of the leaf bowls and grain bowls are meatless. The bowls and smoothies are made with fresh fruit and only non-dairy milks.Kid-friendliness: Kids LOVE this place. So many options for ice cream, both hard and soft serve, with a large assortment of toppings.

I went here on a Wednesday afternoon, that was fairly busy and service was about what you'd expect for a place downtown.The atmosphere and interior of the place is pretty cool, would be a very cool place to chill and have a conversation. Plenty of seating.I got the citrus greens smoothie, It was all right and I was glad I was getting something healthy. Overall though it was fairly chunky and not typically how I enjoy my smoothie.Customer service was very nice, no complaints. Kind and courteous staff it seems.Overall would recommend, but not my favorite smoothie I've ever had.
