I don’t know about you guys, but I like going to drive-through to talk to the speaker and get my drink right away. But for some reason, they have these poor children standing outside with little tablets, taking orders in the pouring rain or in the hot sun and I’m disgusted and disturbed by that. I asked why they have the actual drive-through lane closed for this and they said they’re trying it because they wanted to do more personal. Sounds like a whole lot of not what I’m looking for. I won’t be returning.

Drive thru love the bacon egg cheese on pretzel roll its $8.00 plus kind of high but the best breakfast sandwich in Deland. Coffee is good specialty drinks better but I'm straight coffee drinker and Dunkin coffee is better. Service can be slow since they cook everything when otdered

We tried this drive theu beacause we love Boston Coffee house in downtown. Unfortunately it was terrible. Large coffee tasted like hot water and milk, bagel was tasteless and hardly toasted. Shame it has the Boston name because i doubt i will return.

These guys are my favorite the have the best blend of coffee and I always order my usual so convenient not sugary like Duncan not all desert like with Starbucks it's just perfect.

I have visited several times before giving my review. The drive-in and service are very poor. Often the cones blocking the entrance from Beresford are left out well past the time they open. I have been ordered several times at the drive-in intercom to park and wait for someone to come take my order, just to watch the next car or two to pull up and place their order and leave before I'm able to place my order. I also waited 10 minutes for someone to come take my order but no one ever came. On my final and last visit I was told it would be a 20 minute wait for an egg and cheese on a bagel, seems call ahead orders are valued more because they charge more on their website. I also don't appreciate being asked how much I would like to tip, either have a tip jar at the window or hand me something where I can add a tip, do not demand a tip for poor service.

2/24Happy to report that Boston Coffeehouse drive thru, is back in our good graces. Today we ordered our usual, which was delicious, and wrapped eating utensils were no longer placed on top of the food. Very happy to see that the management & staff are responsive and are prioritizing food safety.9/24 changed my review from five stars to two.I really hate to do that because we do truly love this place, and we have been enjoying being regular customers. However....***One big negative that I hope they address, promptly: it is highly unsanitary to put paper napkins and wrapped eating utensils on top of the food, inside of the container.Why in the world wouldn't you put those items inside the bag?Why place them literally on top of "clean" food??What this does is basically expose the food to contaminants. I see it as lazy, and extremely indifferent.Called the store to mention my concern and was told" Well that's how we do it here"I'm not so sure what was worse, the mishandling of food, or the attitude of the staff member when given feedback.****I do want to mention that they have one employee who is outstanding. Other members of the staff would be wise to emulate Julian.****It's really a shame because we have enjoyed not only their coffee beverages immensely, but we've also enjoyed their tuna melt, mozzarella salad, pasta salad, potato salad, and mozzarella tomato sandwich.And I'm sure we will continue to patronize them for coffee beverages. BUT, unless they clean up their food handling act we won't be ordering any of their food again.Parking: This is a drive-thru but it does have ample parking.
Boston coffee has been a favorite of my family and I for many years. We are so happy that they opened the drive thru for days we don’t have time to actually sit down and eat. They have the best coffees and food. All of the employees are so nice and helpful.
