LACK OF FRONT COUNTER OPERATORS.Order messed up, insufficient staffing (or lack of caring about their job), longer than normal waiting times (especially when there isn't anyone through drive through), fries soggy and no longer fresh, patties dry and microwaved, vegatable toppings look old.Reporting this to corporate.

I ordered 3 meals at the drive-through. When I arrived at home there weren't any fries. Instead of going back and listen to some made up excuse, I'm just never going back again. This is the second Burger King in this area that messed up. Now I know why McDonald's is always packed.

Served me old stale fries, undercooked whopper, hard mozzarella sticks, onion rings and chicken nuggets that had dirt particles. Pathetic. Had to be tossed.

This was the first, in a very long time that I've been completely satisfied with a bk in DeLand. Service was quick and pleasant, food was hot, fresh, fluffy, and not burnt! Thank you so much! y'all have upped your game. Call your sister location so they can see how it's done ?

This Burger King is a joke. There is no ice there is no soda of any kind because the dispenser is empty. Everyone the works at the restaurant is talking on the phone especially the manager which I can't guarantee she would not pass a background check. Screaming at the top of the lungs arguing with her friend on the phone. I was there for 15 to 20 minutes when I came in she was on the cell phone and when I left she was still on the same call... No wonder the McDonald's down the street is packed in this place is empty.. too bad I prefer Burger King I'll have to go to another branch...?

I've gone here plenty just for a quick fix on a burger. But I can't go anymore. Idk if it's just Florida that is this way but the only good experience I've had at a fast food restaurant since moving down here has been Chik-Fil-A. Every other chain has employees that don't care about anything. I get to the drive through speaker and I usually here, "what do you want?".Sick of it. Not going to Burger King, Popeyes, KFC, or Taco Bell anymore.

So we all know Burger King is dying and will probably be out of business in the next couple years so I try to get with my business and they won't accept cash they literally turn me away we're trying to pay with cash so I hope Burger King gets everything it deserves because it's a trashy place

It took 25 minutes in drive thru to get our order. I swear only one person was working so we felt bad, but the food was mostly cold by the time we got it so we have NO idea what she was doing the whole time. When we pulled up to order there were about 5 cars behind us, but we noticed with the time we were waiting off to the side of the drive through that at least three others gave up on the wait. Absolutely last time going here.

I received food that was old and way too salty, I wanted to return the food for a refund but they told me no because there wasn’t anyone there to issue me a refund ??? The gave me a receipt and taped a hand written note that says “need refund” and told me to come the next day to get a refund. lol they never gave me the refund because the “manager” said she wasn’t informed. she asked who I spoke to and I didn’t know because nobody had a name tag on. she told me she was too busy to assist me and that I needed to come back AGAIN. terrible service. terrible establishment.

Burger King needs a intervention, whopper Jr. had like a 2oz patty why even have that on a menu, it wouldn't fill up a infant.Onion rings were soggy and cold I don't understand how they are still in operation.

handling food at the window was doing so with fresh blood on his hands!! My wife had to throw the whole order in the trash after he handed it to her. Tried to call to speak to a manager but of course no answer. Trashy
