I’ve been to dozens and dozens of Chipotles and this is easily the worst in the nation. Awful customer service, dirty store, do NOT order for delivery because it’ll be the smallest burrito possible with the wrong ingredients, the manager is too busy worrying about his makeup to care about running the store correctly, and the meat is too salty, too fatty/grizzley and not warm. The water side of the fountain machine hasn’t worked in a year. They wrap burritos like they’re folding a fitted sheet. And I’m sure I’m missing something. Obviously I’ve been here too many times in spite of these failures, but once they smash the new one into the parking lot of Planet Fitness, I’ll never be back.

This place is disgusting. The kitchen is visibly dirty. The counter where you would cash out isn’t wiped clean. There was food remnants on the counter.

Great food, but from past experiences I would only ever go inside and order in-person. I would not recommend using their mobile app to order and pick up, as they either mess up your order, or significantly reduce/use more "precise" servings. Basically I find the meat portions are less when you use the mobile app.The food is still great. I get the burrito bowl with either a side of the red hot sauce, or smoky tabasco hot sauce. Given the cost of other fast food restaurants when you factor in combo meals, I feel like Chipotle is actually worth the cost if I had to choose a fast-casual place to eat.
I love chipotle but everytime I e come to this location my food is always rough. The rice is NEVER cooked throughly. Always hard like it’s uncooked. I just bought a burrito tonight and it was the nasty I ever had. Such a shame ?

Placed order on the app. Arrived 7 minutes early. Bowl was half full and cold. Everything was on it's side. Cheese taste like water. Not near as good as competition.

I have ordered through the app for pickup 3 different times and all 3 times they have not included something, usually rice from my meal.The second time I went I ordered two items and both were supposed to have rice and sour cream on the side. One had just sour cream and the other did have just white rice when both of them should have had white and brown rice and sour cream.This last time I went they forgot the white and brown rice again and I knew to check before leaving the store. They gave me just a cup of white rice when I said something.One other thing of note here are that there is usually a long wait in the evening upwards of 30 minutes for an online order pickup.
I was eating here pretty frequently but as of the last couple of months this location has gone down hill. The food taste great, but getting your order correct is impossible if you use the app. Also if you go inside they are always missing something. Yesterday I went in and they didn’t have pico, the food taste like they forgot to season it, and the rice was clumpy. The portions here feel like they are trying to feed toddlers. I feel like chipotle as a whole is fine but this location needs to be re staffed, the management obviously is only trying to get a check and doesn’t care about the customer experience or the companies reputation
