We were there on 2-2-24 Friday night got there at 6:30pm. It was cool out the place was packed inside, so we sat out on the patio. We were there about 10 minutes before they came over and took our order, we knew what we wanted. We ordered drinks and 2 fish baskets. We were on the patio close to the stage. It took almost 40 minutes to get our fish, people that got a table inside ordered food 10 minutes after ours and got there food before us.. When we finally got the fish the batter was so thick greasy and burnt. The fish tasted chalky and the French fries were Luke warm. We come there every weekend for the fish basket it’s our favorite. This is the 3rd time we have gotten fish like this why do they put so much batter on it. I feel that the people that sit out by the stage don’t get good service and the people inside get royal treatment. I normally try to understand but this pissed me off tonight and it was cold . There was no reason for the service we got. No one even offered a refund. Couldn’t send the food back cause it took 40 minutes to get it. Did I mention it was col out. I normally rave about this place. Not tonight. Get rid of the cook or lay off the batter. Get better service to people out by the stage. I sent an email as well. Make my review go back to a 5 star review. Disappointed03-22-24Since I posted this, I have been back several times. I love the entertainment! I have had the fish several times since this last post. The fish was not over-battered or under/ over cooked. In fact it has been incredible . Thank you for fixing this. I enjoy coming to this place. I’ m very satisfied ?

Just moved into the area and was one of the first places I visited. They have a large menu with a wide selection of food and drinks. Plenty of outdoor and bar seating available. Will definitely be back soon.Great Cuban Sandwich!

Wow!! Came on a Friday night. I can understand it's busy. But wings should never take an hour to get. Food took so long to get to us I was sober by the time it got there. The wings were good, and the food was good. Just entirely too long to wait for what it was

I like City Limits their food is excellent. Entertainment excellent but the only problem I had was today when I placed a to go order 1 glad I am not a health inspector because by 1 person I saw that didn't wash her hands after she ate both times once by the register then outside the window to get the orders. She never asked me about my order others did. Then she touched her hair and her mouth again never washed her hands. I work in the food industry myself and I know after each meal you eat, touch my hair, and specially my mouth you wash your hands each time, then after my order was ready sat it next to the register walked past then asked me if I was waiting on something. 2. I had 3 to go drinks and was told no lids they didn't have any and no one gets a drink to go and I didn't order alcohol to go it was tea and lemonade. I have never been to any restaurant where they don't put lids on drinks for a to go order. Like I said everything else today was excellent except the service. 3. And when I called to place my order the young lady taking my order wasn't customer excellent on the phone. I like City Limits everything is excellent but the service I got today I was not pleased at all.

The food was great! I was there for several hours for a cancer benefit. I had bang bang shrimp, then later had a club sandwich. I drank a couple Bloody Marys which were really good. Service was great too! Servers helped each other. They have seating in a covered area or open air. When it started getting chilly, they brought out some heaters. Great place!!Kid-friendliness: I seen people come in to eat with their kids.
I've only been here once, but had a really great experience. Not only did they have good food, but they also had a food truck on site that had wonderful pizza. I was with a large group, and we sat outside. There was a band playing inside and we could easily see and hear them from where we were outside. They have multiple bars to accommodate a lot of people. I had a really fun time and I hope I get to come back soon.

The food was not very good. The fish and chips was way overcooked and you could tell it just by looking at it it was almost burnt and they served it anyway. Can’t beat the price of the beer. It was really inexpensive. The service was OK but they weren’t real good Very slow didn’t pay much attention to the customers.
