Delicious and good pricesThank you ????I recommend itOh, if you want to visit a wonderful place, Alajuela, Pilas, the central street of Costa Rica, the best climate, you don't need air conditioning, neither hot nor cold, the best and six kilometers from the Juan Santamaria international airport, which is located in Alajuela and not in San José.

To be honest the entire experience was mediocre at best. The staff was unpleasant and rude. The food was lack luster and disappointing. It was a great cup of velvet chicken soup or whatever. I will say that.

Ordered a cheeseburger and fries and a drink cost 13.00 ...burger comes out nasty bloody red...sent it back...then they re-cook it...it comes out the same. This place is a dump. The tables wobble..salt and pepper empty..ketchup will barely squeeze. Don't eat here. There's a million good places downtown. I can get a better burger from burger king.

What a throwback to 1984 lunch counters. The food is solid and the chicken velvet soup is unlike anything I've ever tasted. I had half a turkey sandwich with cheese and a cup of potato cheddar soup it was the perfect lunch. The tomato and lettuce were seriously fresh and good the turkey was nothing special but good, the bread and mayo lightly toasted and delicious. Didn't take a picture because I ate it far too fast and didn't think! Just a simple sandwich with fresh ingredients, nothing special no bread you can't pronounce or greens you've never heard of.Parking: Park nearby it's in the bottom of the tower plaza. You can use the lot near the package lounge if you need.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor entrance wide double doors nothing in the way for the counter- high counter. Please add a menu at wheelchair height and this is perfect. Plenty of seating both both and table chair accessible. Even an outlet a power chair could probably use in a pinch.

Unhygienic food prep observed. Employee finishing and serving food was seen picking teeth with a toothpick, picking his nose and licking his thumb after handling food.

This place was disgusting,my samwitch was pink and there was black stuff in my drink. Half of the soda options were either water with no warning or out of order .My broccoli soup was cold The Ketchup had different shades in it I saw a boy dressed up as Kobe Bryan eating something with crumbing everywhere I couldn't find a bathroom and it was rlly sketchy it was in a stinky alleyway

Ordered the half sandwich special with soup. Portion size of the sandwich was very small (about the size of a saltine cracker) but the soup was good. Still satisfied with lunch for two under $20.

We stumbled upon this place since everything else in town was closed. This hole in the wall cafe really came through. Had pretty tasty burger and reuben.

Connie's cafe is a hidden gem in Deland. The homemade food and excellent service make them a place to support and enjoy!

Service is great! The grilled gyro is served open faced. Everything was very good including the cole slaw.

I ordered a steak and cheese sub. I eat them all over DeLand. This was a cheeseburger! They didn’t ask me what kind of cheese I wanted and then put yellow American. It tasted good for a cheeseburger. I asked for extra raw onions and that’s what I got. Fries were ok. I did try the velvet soup and it was only mushrooms and cream. I didn’t get any chicken at all. It was ok food, but not worth $13 with tip. Also, they need to be better at talking about the customers because I could see them talking about me. Waitress stood there watching me eat because I said it was to go. I can’t finish an entire sub so I wanted the paper to wrap it to go when I finished eating what I could. The times we are in, money is scarce and if I pass “Wrap it Up” to give you a try, you should treat me better. Have a blessed day!!
