Cute place with good food and service! I tried the eggs Benedict and it was perfect. I also loved the grits. I’ll be back!Parking: It’s in a medical complex but there was plenty of parking including handicap spots.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room for kids. Outside seating available.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it’s wheelchair accessible.

I put in a review yesterday and in her response she decided to lie so we will definitely not be back I did not order my eggs over medium I ordered my eggs scrambled I do not appreciate a lying person too cover up a mistake you could have just taken the review as it was and said thank you for your honest review and truthfully give a rebuttal the rest of the things you said were true except for we didn't have several drinks each it was two drinks for the two adults and coffee and orange juice and hot chocolate shouldn't come to $17 that's insanity

Wish I could give a better review, Daisy’s is close and convenient, but the experience depends on who is working . We usually go for breakfast, since they opened,at least once a week. They have had their issues, with staff, food, cleanliness etc. Recently ,they hired a black gentleman as cook. ( sorry I don’t know his name), he is awesome, great cook, 5 stars to him and one waitress that is thin, wears glasses both are awesome.(again I’m sorry I don’t remember their names) We were thrilled thinking, daisy’s finally got things under control. Wrong, !!! the other day ,our new favorite cook was off ,as was the waitress we like, The service was the worst ever, although she claimed she has been a waitress since the age of 15, it wasn’t really busy but super long wait to order, then to finally get our food. The eggs cold, the bacon limp, greasy and cold, the toast cold, the pancake only cooked on one side and with her don’t ask for a straw or expect a refill of coffee, without asking multiple times or being berated for asking. And it’s not cheap, our bill was $25 just for breakfast, but price is the same elsewhere ….I will go back, but if the same people are working as were the other day, I’m leaving .

I was ok with waiting a bit to get menus when the waitress explained she was by herself, however I was not ok with her lack of patience when my daughter was trying to tell her order. Then a couple came in after us but yet although we were sitting there already for 10 min before they came in the door the waitress took their order before ours. It took over 45 minutes to get our breakfast. It definitely wasn’t worth the wait. My daughter couldn’t even eat her bacon because it was hard as a rock, we would have told the waitress had she come over to check on us. Yes she was by herself but that still doesn’t mean ignore us once we get our food.

We tried this little quiet place for the first time Sunday. It was nice. Very quiet, not over crowded. Good size portions, good prices. Our burgers were big! Will definitely visit here again.

I stopped at Daisy's Diner today. I was treating myself to breakfast with today being Friday. I'm not ever in DeLand so why not. Nice restaurant, clean, decent decor. I placed a steak and eggs breakfast to go. It took 45mins to 1hr for my order to come out. I was very late getting back to work. The food was ok, but could use more care. Scrabbled eggs with am cheese was edible. The hash browns were mushy. The steak was a decent size, but it was not tenderized at all. That made it hard to chew. This place has a lot of potential to be a great diner, the best. The cook is going to kill the business! Service is too slow and inconsistent. The overall product and ingredients are good. I would go back. When I have more time to spend.

The food was great. We ordered Omlets off the breakfast menu. I gave food 5 stars because it was the best part of our visit. However, the waitresses aren't very professional. They were joking and/or bickering as if they weren't in a work environment and careless of who was around. One of them played music or videos on their phone on max volume, where I made it hard to have a conversation with the people I was sitting with. I don't think I'll be back. Gram's Kitchen is a much better environment.
