El Taco Amigo is an unassuming little place in Deland in what used to be a gas station… you wouldn’t know it was there unless you had found it in Maps or you had been there before, and what a loss it would be to dismiss it!! The food is authentic and really flavorful. We had some chicharrones (pork cracklings) and it was homemade and amazing… the tacos are so so nice and if you get a burrito platter you’ll be able to share… all in all a place worth remembering to come visit whenever you find yourself in Deland!
Authentic tacos that taste amazing! Anytime we drive through this area, we stop. Their rice and beans are equally delicious! The outside isn't what you expect when pulling up, but don't let that stop you. The portions are excellent, and prices are fair. Everything you could ask for in wanting great food!
