This a great spot to hang out and enjoy some great food.Lots of parking, well lit and easy access.Huge area 3 pool tables, arcade, tvs, bingo and karaoke.Easy menu great price and lots to chose from.Big portions. Though there Hot isn't really hot. Everything taste great.Kid friendly and highly recommend

When walking in for dinner with my kids, there were leaves all over the lobby. Multiple staff members standing around laughing and talking, when it would take 2 minutes to just sweep it up. The staff was honestly not very presentable, all they did the entire extent of our stay was laugh and talk in large groups. They were just completely unprofessional. We get seated, order our drinks and appetizers. Our appetizers were okay, nothing amazing by any means. I ordered a beverage from the bar, and the server forgot to ring it in. I finally got my drink after reminding her, and it was so stiff I could barely drink it. (This has happened on multiple occasions. I think the bar staff need proper training. There’s a difference between adding a little extra, and adding so much alcohol that it tastes like straight liquor. The point of a mixed drink is to balance the liquor out.) My husband and I ordered boneless wings. The wings were overcooked and so chewy. The wings were tossed from the fryer to the basket and the sauce was just poured over the top. They were not even edible. My daughter ordered a cheeseburger, took one bite and wouldn’t eat it. Cheese wasn’t melted, just wasn’t appetizing what so ever. I went into the bathroom, and it was clean overall but the soap dispensers are off the wall and the little inserts are just sitting on the counter. I have given this location chance after chance, and I am extremely disappointed each and every time. Do not even waste your time going to the Deland location, if you want a nice Gators Dockside experience you can quite literally go to ANY other central Florida location and be pleased.

This place is amazing! This is the first time my husband and I have been here since we moved to the area. Bartender Erika was super sweet and attentive, made recommendations and told us the food specials. We used to go to the Gators Dockside in Cape Canaveral till we moved this way. Thanks for the great service and food Erika! We will be back!

This is by far the worse restaurant I’ve ever been to. The food was cold , they gave me crumbs stating it was Clam strips, like bottom of the bag. There were no strips at all. Our Gator nuggets were cold and the fries were seasoned nicely but they were cold as well . Our waitress literally treated us like we didn’t matter, She was too busy socializing with the customers at bar! If i could give “0” stars i would’ve .

I should have questioned my $50 bill, but I didn’t. We had 10 wings, potato skins, and a BLT. The food was okay, but the server was terrible. I’ve lived a few miles from this location for 15 years, but never visited until today. Once is enough.
