Great food, large portions, good prices but I was surprised to see that the one on New York Ave is closed. Last month the sign said that it was closed for the month of August. Today it just said this location was closed. They do have two other locations one on the corner of 15a and Plymouth Ave in DeLand and the other is on 17-92 in Orange City

I just love Gram’s Kitchen - it’s been part of my life since before college and ever after. If I had a difficult exam to study for, I would always make sure to eat a good breakfast at Gram’s and it definitely made a difference! Unfortunately now the staff is struggling to upkeep the standards - they still are, but they are now really struggling. If you are looking for comfort food, this is still the best place. And they are always kind, without hassle and a staple in this community, which I don’t think we should have to do without. Please help by tipping your servers as best you can. We all have to pay our bills! Servers make surprisingly little compared to the amount of effort the job requires. And the cook does his best as well. Always accommodating and always just the right amount of food for just the right price, this is one of the only places that hasn’t driven its prices up beyond anything reasonable. Please support your servers! They are doing their level best.

First time ever at this location and I love it. I'm used to my small family and going to the one on spring garden. Perfect! Today we had the whole family. 9 in total and even understaffed we were taken care of with courtesy and speed. Definitely returning

Food was great. Service was good but not perfect. The servers were working their tails off because they are short staffed. Cute place. Unfortunately not handicap friendly.. older building with very narrow doors to restrooms and tight restroom stalls.
