I love KFC but this location was by far the worst experience I've had with them cant hear you thur the speaker box after taking 2 minutes to greet me and I had to repeat my order 4 times no one else in drive thur and I find myself still waiting for my food a few minutes got my drink and it was flat and gross and I ordered a famous bowl and the chicken was darker and tougher then usual ill still goto KFC after awhile but not this one

Waited in line for about 10 to 15 minutes and when I got to the window they inform me they could not break my bill. And it was the middle of the day as far as I know most fast food now have safe where they can break

I ordered through uber, they accepted my order at 7:00pm and out of nowhere i was informed that i will not get my order due to they close a 8:00pm, so not only i didn't get my food i wasted 1 hr waiting for not reason

I asked for all dark meat chicken for my 8pc family meal and was told no. Been there numerous times besides asking that wirh no problem.

The girl at the counter was un familiar with the menu. And was unaware of a $20.special box that the had I came there specifically for.
I usually refrain from poor reviews. But when I give them, its not after the first time and I give my context as well. Check my other google reviews if you don't believe me. This particular KFC has been out of extra crispy chicken the last 5 times I have gone. 3 of those 5 they were also out of a side that I wanted and the fountain machine was out of ice. The sides were different each time. Fortunatly I eat all of the sides, so picking something else isn't difficult. The bathrooms are locked and you need to ask for assistance when you need to use them. This is not entirely the store's fault. It's likely due to the location and things that are done in the bathrooms when they're left open for general use. Why do I go back, you may ask. It's simple convenience and no other answer.

I came in around 7pm and placed my order at one of the 2 kiosks displayed. As I waited for my order, there were 3 young people, who appeared to work here, (1 male and 2 female) but were maybe off the clock, along with one who was on the clock, as she had a headset on. As I walked towards the counter to collect my food, I heard the male make a rude remark about my physical appearance, although I'm sure he didn't think I heard him. Didn't really help that proceeded to stare at me and laugh, along with the manager who, didn't laugh but just stared. Now, I hardly expect anyone to really do anything in regards to my experience. But my goodness, it takes nothing to just be kind to people, or just don't say anything at all. I didn't speak the whole time, except to say thank you .

Order taker thru drive no customer service at all, attitude when I was ordering the new hot & spicy wings , rushing me saying that’s all every time I asked for something. But the young lady at the window was very polite.
