20 dollar box special was preheating all DAY. It was VERY DRIED out and tasted like old recycled oil. The fries looked like Freddy Krueger. The nuggets looked like wood chips, and the chicken looked like something out of a public school cafeteria. This place is just NASTY.

Do yourself a favor, and don't go to any restaurants on North Woodland. Except for the fancy Subway. The employee that we had was ok, not super nice, and when we tried to order they informed us they were out of mac 'n cheese, which is what we wanted (of course). Then they made us wait about 10 minutes for the food, while there were already 2 other cars waiting for their food ahead of us. Overall, not good experience and I haven't even tried the food yet.

I worked at this location in the 90s. It’s a shame to see all these negative comments. We had a great team and had fun at the job. Rarely a complaint from a customer. You’d be surprised at how good the experience can be if the people worked cared.

The original recipe chicken was anything but good tonight. It was greasy and the grease tasted like the cooking oil was overdue to be changed. It didn't taste like original recipe.
Went to get take out sign on counter said 7 prices 9.99 they said sign for promotion was over and refused to honor price.

I’ve been to many different KFC’s through my 50 years and I’m being honest when I say this was by far the best I’ve ever been to.The chicken was fresh and tasted perfect. We normally have a problem with our 7 yr old eating but he’s going on and on about how awesome his tenders are.Very clean for a fast food place also.Kudos to this location!!

So they claim that’s an offer what’s in the picture costs 14$. Way more expensive then better restaurants you can get triple the amount of tenders for the same price in chili’s and 4 times the amount with a way better taste in chedders for 12$
