My wife and I are newbies in Deland from South Florida. Deland has so many unique gems. Manzano's is definitely one of them. Their menu of sandwiches is A+. I always here the same thing OMG are they good, wish they were open longer but boy is it worth running over there. My biggest surprise from them is their Cuban sandwich. I am Cuban from South Florida and I can tell you someone in the Manzano family has to be related because this sandwich is so good. Thank you guys for helping not miss the 305 too much.

Listen LEMME TELL YA. Had Manzano’s for the very first time for lunch yesterday. Dreamt about it, woke up, had the other half of my sandwich for breakfast…. Proceeded to go to work and make the best money of my week. My buddy and I got the Rocco and the OK Corral, PHENAHHHHHMENAL. I walked through the front door and the aroma stimulated my senses immediately. The staff was incredible and I felt at home, I’m not from New York, still felt like home. 20 outta 10 will recommend and will not shut up until you go and try it. Stop eating mediocre sandwiches from mediocre chains, support your home town business or have the culinary experience of a lifetime if you’re visiting. Over stuff yourself with no regret. Manzanos spares no expense, they leave no expectation unexceeded. The only regret you’re gonna have, is that you didn’t buy more. This is the elite premier echelon of food deland has to offer if you eat with your hands, hands down.

This place is good. But why have a phone to pre-order and leave it off the hook. Some people drive 4 or 5 miles to get here on lunch break and need to pre-order and not stand in line for 20 minutes then wait 15 for it to be made. FRIDAY FROM 12:00 pm TO NOW 12:40 PM BUSY WHEN CALLED ALMOST 30 TIMES. I WALKED IN TO LOOK IF PHONE WAS BEING USED AND NOBODY ON PHONE. JUST SITTING OFF THE HOOK.WRAP IT UP GOT MY BUSINESS WITH A BELINIS SUB AND THEY ARE HUGE AND AWESOME.IF YOUR THAT BUSY HIRE AN EMPLOYEE TO WORK. SO THAT WAY THE OLDER MALE MAKING THE SUBS ISNT BEING RUDE AND YELLING AT THE LADY ON THE REGISTER. IVE SEEN THIS MORE THEN ONCE.

I’ve been coming here for over a decade and the quality has remained consistently high the entire time! For my money, these are the best sandwiches in all of Central FL, with the crispiest crustiest bread known to man! It’s not just the bread though, they use top quality meats and pile them high! Only drawbacks are they are only open a few hours a day (which don’t fit well with my work schedule), and the restaurant itself is quite cramped, but the sandwiches more than make up for it!
