“Arrived at 6:30pm on a Friday evening, and the restaurant was quite crowded! I grabbed the last available seat at the bar, and despite how crowded it was, I was able to get a water and place my order very quickly, food arrived faster than I was expecting, and it was absolutely delicious! The sandwich I ordered was called the Boulevard and it featured a grilled chicken breast on toasted ciabatta topped with herbed goat cheese, balsamic glaze, tomatoes, onions, and mixed greens. Flavors were outstanding all around, especially the herbed goat cheese, of which they applied a healthy amount! The mac and cheese was also outstanding and is just the way I like it! You can tell they use a rich, well-spiced cheese sauce AND regular melted cheese, so it had the creaminess from the sauce, but also a legitimate cheese pull in every bite from the melted cheddar! A very well run establishment with exceptional food!“
“What a gem of a place to have in our town of Deland! The garlic escargot is the best we've ever had. The garlic sauce is over the top, want to lick the plate clean amazing. Leg of Lamb is my favorite, tender, seasoned to perfection, and just melts in your mouth. My husband's favorite is the prime ribeye. Just sheer perfection. Have never had anything on the menu that wasn't tasty. Get the wine, eat the dessert, enjoy. You won't regret stopping here.“
“My wife and I had a date night and was excited to get out. We arrived at 530, they open at 5 and there was already a 35 min wait. We opted for outside and was sat in about 10 mins.Cody was our server and was amazing, we ordered a margarita pizza, a burrata salad and a chopped salad with salmon. The burrata salad was amazing, but the chopped salad was ok. The salmon was over cooked and it could have used a little more dressing. The margarita pizza was cooked right, but the cheese portion wasn't enough, it could have used a slice or two more.The last time when we're there we had a ravioli dish that was amazing, but sadly we didn't see it on the menu.“

“Was pretty skeptical about this place, as our family is cuban we didn’t think it’d taste as good as cuban food should taste. I’m glad I was wrong! We spent about 30 minutes (while waiting for a table) trying to decide what we wanted to eat because it all sounded sooo good. We opted for 3 appetizers and each of us got a different menu item and I don’t think we had one bad thing to say! The service was awesome and attentive. Zeke (Ezekiel?) was our server, he was great from start to finish. The food came out very quickly. The service was efficient. We’ve recommended this to our family that stays near.Didn’t even think to take pics of the appetizers, we ate them in like 2 minutes.“
“Great place and incredible staff. ?A little girl walked in looking for her mom ( I think she was lost or something of that nature) they jump in and protected the child, kept her calmed and safe. Until the police arrived and still stuck to her side at all time.You guys are awesome.“
“What a wonderful little gem in historic downtown Deland! It's rare that literally everything sampled was great. We had a wonderful experience. As soon as you step into the establishment, it has a cozy Latin vibe. There are huge painted portraits of beautiful Latina's (J-Lo, Selma, Penelope, & Shakira). The food, drinks, and service were outstanding!Shoutout to Yelp for my free Aspirinas for checking in! They came in 4 pieces which consisted cornmeal patties topped with beans, tomato, onion, cheese, and sour cream. My mother ordered the Latin Bowl (ropa vieja, black beans, rice, side salad, and yucca fries. Delicious! My lady ordered the Ceviche Peruano, which is a traditional Peruvian dish, *raw fish fillet with lime juice, served with shredded carrots, red onion, cilantro. Marinated in an aji sauce, with garlic, and leche de tigre (citrus-based marinade). Served with plantain chips. It was super sour and tangy and so good! I ordered the Taquiza Gringa, which was grilled marinated steak on a bed of sautéed onions, bell peppers, and pineapple with melted cheese. Served with corn tortillas, and guacamole on the side. OMG it was amazing! We also ordered a white and a red sangria. Those drinks packed a serious punch (pun intended). The white tasted much stronger but both were excellent. This is easily my favorite restaurant in Deland as of yet and we will be going back!!“
“Neatly hidden on a small side street in downtown Deland, you’ll find Persimmon Hollow brewing. Located in a former warehouse, they’ve integrated a taproom and brewery into a welcoming space that feels open, but not too vast.Unfortunately, we arrived too late to hop on the pub crawl that was taking place to support local firefighters. “One of the best spots to grab a beer in the area! The bar is fairly dark, but has a nice charm to it, and they always have at least a couple brews on tap or in the cooler that are worth drinking! For example, my photo is of a glass of Bruery - Black Tuesday, a beer I’ve always wanted to try but have never seen on draft in FL in over a decade, but yet here it is randomly on draft at Abbey with no promotion or fanfare, and that’s fine, because it means more for me =]“
“We had the pleasure of meeting the owner of this small business owner while passing through DeLand Florida. He is on the corner of 15A and spring garden avenue. He's in the Shell station just behind the business.We had beef taco chicken taco El pastore and steak taco. We would suggest the El pastor because it was fantastic! Being gluten free I got to have corn tortillas for mine.He was even nice enough to take a photo with us! Definitely make some time to head here! You won't be disappointed.“
“This place is great. I love the classic, laid-back atmosphere, the wait staff take great care of you, and the food is great. The pizza is not New York style, but rather a pan pizza. The crust was perfectly cooked and the sauce and toppings were delicious. 5/5!“
“The ice cream was wonderful and the sugar cone did not break. The young lady was handling the line of customers with care and didn't seem to stress about the line. The pictures on the web page should be updated because they now have a hand written chalk sign and the store inside doesn't look like those pictures. “Great food and service. Setting and atmosphere was great, but they could use some cover on their patio in the afternoon. The sun beats down on you if you sit outside in the afternoon, and they don't even have umbrellas to help cover up.“

“I like City Limits their food is excellent. Entertainment excellent but the only problem I had was today when I placed a to go order 1 glad I am not a health inspector because by 1 person I saw that didn't wash her hands after she ate both times once by the register then outside the window to get the orders. She never asked me about my order others did. Then she touched her hair and her mouth again never washed her hands. I work in the food industry myself and I know after each meal you eat, touch my hair, and specially my mouth you wash your hands each time, then after my order was ready sat it next to the register walked past then asked me if I was waiting on something. 2. I had 3 to go drinks and was told no lids they didn't have any and no one gets a drink to go and I didn't order alcohol to go it was tea and lemonade. I have never been to any restaurant where they don't put lids on drinks for a to go order. Like I said everything else today was excellent except the service. 3. And when I called to place my order the young lady taking my order wasn't customer excellent on the phone. I like City Limits everything is excellent but the service I got today I was not pleased at all.“
“These were the best wings I've had in a long time! I got 10 mild and they were crunchy and juicy. There was plenty of sauce and they were so amazing..my boyfriend got mango habanero and those were equally as amazing. The heat sneaks up on you but it's so good.“
“Holy cats we love cafe da vinci!!! We drive all the way out from Ocala to hit this place up. They get some really great music acts up in here and absolutely recommend! This is an inside/outside venue with an outside stage, a little area with pool table plenty of dance room, a big outside bar with awesome very professional bartenders, another smaller outside bar, an inside bar and more pool tables inside. Great atmosphere, kind of a road house. When i try to describe it to people we know, i imagine its like a south american roadhouse for like american expats, like in bolivia or something. Theres some kind of food thing on the outside of the venue and a patio area with tables and chairs. Ive looked at the food and it sounds delicious and priced right but unfortunately i havent sampled any. Lots of nearby free well lit parking.Management, if you read this, get some margarita machines up in there.“
