I walked in with my 2 kids and the lady behind the counter rolled her eyes and asked what I wanted so rudely. I said we wants to order carry out and she didn't even offer a menu. We immediately left and went to eat elsewhere. The walls were dirty and the place looked disgusting. The attitude of the employee matched the atmosphere. Gross!

I went to Pizza Hut twice in north woodland Blvd DeLand . I ordered from the app and showed up to pick up my order in the time the app said.first time I waited 25 minutes to get my order, the order was wrong, the food was absolutely disgusting . I decided to give it another shot tonight. I walked in and there were 14 ppl standing around waiting for there food. The cashier was no where to be found, there were 4 or 5 ppl working an no one was helping anyone at the counter. I waited 30 minutes . Upon my wait I was looking at some of the other orders that were going out and Pizza Hut should be ashamed of themselves for the food they are serving.. it looks nothing like they advertise. ( I know that's pretty much every place you eat, the food never looks like advertised ) BUT this was horrible!! I saw someone take out the New York style pizza ( that is what I ordered) it was nothing like a new York style pizza, it's the same normal size pizza , it was over cooked , the cheese was dark brown.. pizza hut must not know what new York pizza is ... After about 35 minutes of waiting now , I got tired of it and just left. Glad I did because I would not have accepted my food if it looked like the previous person's order.Lastly I'll add in that the place was very dirty looking, I seen stains up on the ceiling and walls. It was a gross atmosphere . And the staff was not friendly at all, or helpful. I'll never order there again, I'll never go there again. I don't recommend this place at all.

The APP said it was 4.2 miles away but it was 10 miles away. The biggest problem was the APP allowed a fee for delivery, they don't offer delivery and the lady behind the counter tried to put the $2.00 delivery fee in her pocket ?. I addressed it and received the $2.00 in cash.
I was glad to see a Pizza Hut that I could actually go into, set down, order, and eat while I was there. I hadn't been into a Hut since the early 2000's. The food was decent. The service was good, friendly, and attentive. And the atmosphere was fantastic. The place was very clean.

Went in for the buffet and all in all my only major complaint was the toilet paper was out in the bathroom but the manager took care of it quickly. The buffet ran well, everything tasted good and looked good, the employee working it seemed to be keeping it mostly rotated and hot. Great service would dine in again.

This Pizza Hut retains its charm if only due to the amazing and courteous staff. They are attentive and willing to go the extra mile. We visited the buffet 15 minutes before it was done and they offered to make a new pizza for us (we declined, it was our fault for coming in late). Worth a visit!Vegetarian options: Veggie Pizza!
