Food is always as expected, if you love it, you love it, and I do. I love the fact they have shrimp and sometimes fish which is wayyy better than the squares other fast food chains have. Anyway, aside from that, I placed an online order, just a fish sandwich and 6 pc wing at 8:10, arrived to pick up at 8:26, told me to pull forward, finally I went in @ 8:50 it still wasn't really, I didn't say anything, just stood there waiting my turn, the lady was so rude, slammed my drink down like she was mad I even ordered. Forgot my sauce I pd $1xtra 4. No napkins. Just why wth? This is 2nd time this has happened. All I did was want dinner. I don't get it. I didn't even say anything to her. I even smiled and said thank you. So proceed caution. Get that food but know it comes with a side of attitude.

Can someone tell me why the hours of operations says 8 am for drive thru on sunday and 10 am for dining room but we sat at the drive thru for 10 mins before deciding to drive around and what do you know there’s employees in there yet they arent open then had to go inside to order and they rang us up on the drive thru window register. I mean like come on if you cant run a restaurant just say that.

I waited 30 minutes for my order. Drive through told me to park. After sitting for a while, I went inside and stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes before any employee showed up. I was then greeted with "What's wrong with you?" I presume because I didn't look happy. Several other people were waiting to be helped, too.When the food finally came, all I got was a sarcastic "here ya go." Food was cold, and they only gave me 3 pieces of chicken when I ordered 4. This is basically the same experience I've had every time at this location, but my son keeps begging me for Popeye's.Completely worthless staff. Avoid at all costs.

Went through the drive thru at 10:04am. Sat there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to respond over the intercom. But didn’t hear anything.. So I called just to make sure they were open. A rude lady answered with a snarky attitude saying “uhm yes, we just opened”.. Usually I love Popeyes but here lately this one in deland has went downhill.. I was so disgusted with the attitude i received over the phone that I drove off after waiting for another 2 minutes.. I understand being busy but it is still your job to answer your customers over the intercom and at least tell them that you’ll be right there momentarily.. It’s not that hard of a task to do..

Keep giving this place a chance but disappointed everytime... went thru drive thru..no cars..only 2 people inside... waited and waited said hello they said hold on a minute... took forever,I pulled up and the 3 employees just walked by, no acknowledgement none. I drove off. This Popeyes is the worst,I just wanted a chicken sandwich. I'm done giving them chances!Who owns this place? Anyone know?

Absolutely sick of their lack of ability to get an order right! So far this month, 2 incorrect, and 1 correct order. Someone has dropped the ball in this place. And, unfortunately, before now I have preferred to give the workers the benefit of a doubt and not checking the order before I walk out. After discovering this at home I tried to call several times but to no avail. I am tired of paying such high (actually overpriced) prices for chicken. I have always loved Popeyes but the past year or two with the economy going up, and the quality going down I am beginning to change my thinking!Parking: The reason I listed parking as being as difficult to find is there are hills and gullies all through the darn parking lot. One of these days someone is going to get hurt very seriously out there!

This restaurant is notorious for being out of the chicken your ordering. Either it’s bad management or employees not following instructions. Don’t waste your time here and just go to Taste of Soul in DeLand who is never out of chicken
