The food was good, all 4 of us enjoyed that part of our dining experience. The service was a bit off last night, I'm thinking our server was a bit under the weather. Drink order took a little while to come. Nothing terrible to report but overall just a so-so experience

I have eaten there for dinner several times and was fantastic- this rating is for the Brunch only. For the $28 pp price, I expected much better food quality. There is a waffle station - although you have to make your own - was a mess - no batter, was tasteless and they ran out of batter at 1130am. Omelet station had one pan-one person for a line of about 10. The menu food comes in small bites - no modifications at all. Seems it was all pre-made and plated hours and hours before. Shrimp was chewy. Biscuits were like softballs- I saw many still on plates with only a small bite taken, including mine. Avocado toast was brown and more like guacamole toast. Salmon was brown from being in the air and dried edges. Would not recommend the brunch at all - save your experience for a dinner there instead.

We have eaten at The Table several times. The food is always very good, and this visit did not disappoint. We ended up sitting downstairs inside because it was raining outside and the noise level made it very hard to relax and talk. I think is partly due to the accoustics of the room. But we still had a nice, but not so intimate meal.

We were in Deland for afternoon and decided to have an early dinner. I have been wanting to try The Table based on the reviews and menu. We parked on the street and realized after we got out of the car that the entrance is around back where they do have a parking lot. We hesitated eating there because you have to climb down a pretty steep set of stairs which is mainly a concern because Larry was recently released from a long hospital stay which caused him to have to learn to walk again. But I saw a sign that said call for elevator and we hoped we could take it back up. We managed the stairs that end at a nice outdoor dining area that had a large tile mural of a manatee. We opted to eat inside. We were promptly greeted and told to seat anywhere we liked. Our waiter was Chance who gave us menus and took our drink order. Larry asked about the fried chicken and was told it is four buttermilk soaked, then fried, boneless chicken thighs. They were having a buy one get one so we both chose it. The chicken was really crispy and had a good 3 pepper jelly sauce. Larry had the Mac and Cheese side. I switched it for smashed potatoes. We were both happy with our dinner. Everything was delicious. We left full and satisfied with enough leftovers for another dinner each. We will definitely return!

Food was ok. Bartender was fantastic during our experience. Bathrooms were absolutely atrocious for the quality of food and drink that they advertise for the price that marketed. Definitely need work in that department. Food for brunch is inconsistent week to week. Bottomless mimosas are the saving grace.

I have been there many times and I really love their food. The service is really good and they have a good variety. It's easy to find parking downtown. Many public parking lots.

We went there 2ce & for the long wait time I don't think it was worth it. The waiter was very apologetic & nice but I ordered Prime Rib & he gave me Short Rib & swore it was Prime Rib, he must have ordered it wrong & didn't want to bring it back & get in trouble so I ate it anyway but did not enjoy it! The atmosphere eating outside was nice but I don't think I'll be going back. Also a little too pricy!

I took my girlfriend here for her birthday/Valentine's Day and it was amazing. Our server was attentive and efficient, the food was delivered to us relatively quickly and it was delicious. I will absolutely come here again.

This was a special Valentine's Day reservation I had made because we went there last and had such a good experience. Last year we were seated at a table with beautiful linens and candles on each table. There were also special menu items like heart shaped ravioli which my wife loved. When we went in this year there was none of that, so when the waiter came to our table we ordered our drinks asked her about the menu, and placed our order. But we asked her why there were none of the nice touches we had experienced last year. Expectations are everything! She didn't have an explanation but offered to get the manager. When he came out we explained to him how great our experience was last year but how disappointed we were that they weren't offering any special touches. His explanation was that it created too much of a burden for his staff. When I challenged him that he took away the customer experience for the convenience of his staff he identified himself as the owner and asked us to leave. I won't go back. We've always enjoyed going there and are sad to have had this experience but the owner crossed the line.

Normally I really enjoy this place but recently it was subpar. The risotto was like a mash and not very appetizing, the waitress completely forgot one of our appetizers, and it was overall not the normally great feeling being there. I will go back again, but I might wait awhile in hopes of some improvements being made.

My favorite was the Tots & Dessert, we devoured the dessert soon as it touched the table so no pics. Jasmine our waitress she is such a lovely person she recommended the blueberry tea cocktail and it was very yummy we ordered a few, she was very knowledgeable on the entire menu and was very patient as we were indecisive. We sat outside of course annoying cars being loud anyway, they allow dogs as well so that's a bonus would recommend. It was really good & i like that it's privately owned. Companies seem to care more when it's not a chain restaurant.

This is only for the Below Deck restaurant, not the Above Deck Cocktail Lounge. Wanted to eat hear for a while. We were told this place was amazing with absolutely great food. We booked for indoor dining but realized outdoor dining would be better. Inside is in need of updating, looks more like an old sports bar than a restaurant. Outdoor dining was great, love the Manatee wall! Ordered the Charcuterie Board, Amazing!! A lot of meats and cheese with Savannah Bee Honeycomb and Whole Grain Mustard. For Dinner we ordered the popular Beef Short Rib and the Meatloaf. The food was brought to our table really quick, no more than 10 minutes after we ordered. Even our server was surprised. Made us wonder how it was brought so fast, are these plates pre prepared, was this someone else's order? The food was good, not great. It was just above room temperature. The meatloaf had hot and cold spots, we wondered if it was microwaved. The French Green beans were delicious. The Beef Shirt Rib was delicious but again, just above room temperature. The Parmesan & Herb Risotto was good as well, better if it was warmed. I would eat here again with friends. They do allow you to bring your own bottle of wine to drink at the table for a corkage fee.

Went for a birthday celebration with a party of eleven. Reservations were made well ahead of time. Service was mediocre. Everyone’s food came out cold. Dinners were sent back but by the time they came back out, everyone was eating at a different time. They seemed to have enough help standing around, but very disorganized.

We were visiting family in Deland and wanted a decent place to go for brunch or lunch on a Sunday. Unfortunately a lot of restaurants in the downtown area of Deland are closed on Sunday and Monday. Thankfully, I found The Table on Yelp. After reading reviews, I tried to make a reservation (but couldn't on the same day) and was worried about the wait time. We got there around 12:30 PM on a Sunday, though, and were seated right away. For brunch, The Table has an all-you-can-eat brunch. It's a little on the pricey side, but a nice splurge. They have a menu of items that are tapas-sized, and each person can order as many dishes as they'd like. Additionally, there's an omelet station where a chef can prepare an omelet with ingredients of your choice. There's also a do-it-yourself waffle station where you can cook your own waffles. I'd have preferred if they had someone making waffles for you at the waffle station and then you just grab one and add toppings. I did go to the omelet station. Some of the ingredients I tried to order, they were out of. But I still had a great omelet made with sausage, peppers, and gouda cheese. And it was BIG. Thankfully, I had help at my table so I didn't fill up on just an omelet. The omelet was delicious, though. It was very creamy. We thought it was best to order different things to share so we could all try a variety of items. The Shrimp and Grits were amazing and so flavorful in sherry wine and cheesy grits. The Avocado Toast was delicious as well. The Kitchen Sink (tater tots topped with pulled pork, macaroni & cheese, and sauce) was sinful. The Steak Chilaquiles was good, but the tortilla chips were soggy, so I passed on some of those. Then there was the Loaded Hashbrown Casserole. YUM. So flavorful and creamy. And let's not forget the super thick perfectly cooked bacon. Wow! I wish I could have eaten more, but I had to call it quits. Then there was the dessert station. There were mini desserts of banana pudding, tiramasu, cookies, etc. Our server was fantastic. He was new, too, but did an amazing job recommending items and being attentive. It was a great first experience. I'd love to come back and enjoy the outside dining area (it was rainy) sometime, as well as their other regular menus throughout the week.
