Outstanding! It’s REAL coffee not that weak, bitter, fake Starbuck mess. We happened upon Trilogy strolling through DeLand with our snooty big city expectations turned way down. What a fantastic surprise finding this place! No more suffering the giveaway hotel room coffee either; just wake up and head to Trilogy. Even told my family living here to check it out.

I usually brew my coffee at home, so I had to try out the pour over coffee at this place in DeLand. Coffee is really good! I also tried the cold brew which is also really good. The staff looks pretty bored with their job though, but as long as they know how to make coffee, I'm good. Worth a visit for all coffee lovers.Edited a year later: changed from 4 to 5 stars. The customer service is way better now than last year when I was in DeLand.

Trilogy is still a favorite! You can't beat the downtown Deland location! It's so convenient and has a great vibe. The staff are quick and the service is good. I got an iced lavender latte and it was well balanced, refreshing, and delicious!
