I'll never visit this Wendys again, the front counter girl kept rolling her eyes, not very friendly . The one counter guy named William was nice and tried to help and let me know that I was just waiting on fries. He needs a promotion and the front counter girl needs a write up . Time visited was 03/08/24 at 5:53 pm and her name on the receipt was Eva , never had a problem going there until today and it will be my last time ever stepping foot in that store. Thank you William for being nice to the customers .

The young lady that works the drive thru at night needs a serious attitude adjustment. She snatches money and gives food without saying a damn thing. Doesn't even look at you.I get dinner here after work almost every night, when I come up to the window and see her, I know I'm about to have an unpleasant interaction.
the person at the counter in the front that takes the orders up at the front is the best he is there on Mondays and I don't know about every other day he is just the best I give him five stars his service is the best

I had the worst experience tonight, the dyed redhead girl not only took the order wrong but also shoved the food in my face telling me that's everything but it wasn't at all. I got the wrong sandwiches for my combo, then was missing 2 baconator fries I asked to be upgraded on 2 biggie bags, got attitude as well. Almost crushed the ranch she forgot in my hand handing it to me. Everything and I mean everything fried was cold. Cold nuggets, and the fries were too, not even double dipped to crisp them up just cold and horrible. I won't be using Wendy's again for a long time sorry Wendy's, you lost a former employee as a customer. And as a manager myself that was atrocious customer service.
