I ordered food from 4 brothers for my party this past weekend. I am from NY, so tough crowd to say the least. The party consist of over 15 ppl. I ordered, eggplant parm, 2 chicken farm, and penne ziti tray. I was skeptical because my husband is a big eggplant lover. 4 brothers DID NOT disappoint. I made my Spanish food on the side and an overnight of Sunday gravy. IT WAS ALL A HIT! Thank you for helping in making my event very successful. Came on time, nice and hot and ready to eat. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We have always enjoyed the pizzas from 4 Brothers, but tonight was a complete letdown. We received an ULTRA-thin Margherita pizza, which we never ordered to be that thin. It was so flimsy that it was falling apart. Furthermore, the basil was burnt, giving it a terrible taste. We were under the impression that the basil is supposed to be added fresh after the pizza has been cooked. The dinner was ruined, and we felt like we wasted our money.

Fairly high prices for what they offer and yet food is "meh". Plus, the waitress was ridiculously rude.

I had the misfortune of dining @ this restaurant with 2 friends, last Tuesday evening , (Since it was close to the Movies at Delray , at which we were catching a 7:00 pm Show ) We walked into 4 Brothers and was told to take any seat that was available! We did , and then waited about 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge our presence , when we requested menus because we were in a hurry go to the movies! It all went downhill from there! A young Blond waitress came over to us, she had an attitude from the get go ! My friend asked if he could have a sausage and pepper hero , but no green Peppers ! He was told (in a surly way) , "WE ONlY HAVE GREEN PEPPERS" He then requested sausage with Broccoli Rabe , a common italian version of Broccoli. He was then told , "WE DON"t HAVE BROCCOLI RABE " He acquiesced to settling for a sausage Parmesan hero! My lady friend & I decided to share a Cesar Salad & to share a " scooped out" grilled chicken Parmesan sandwich ! & 2 diet cokes ! Before we finished our selections , The waitress said "I Know What You Want" and hurried back to the kitchen ! she then finally arrived with our fSalad and plates to share it ) We were halfway finished the salad , when she arrived with our entrees , there was barely room on the table and she attempted to place the entrees down ! Her hand slipped in the process, and a side of Marinara sauce spilled in my friend's lap staining his pants the sauce also tipped over into my lady friend and my entree plates making our bread soggy! We can't understand why there was a side I of marinara on his entree platter! She apologized profusely, while he asked for towels or dishcloths to clean up her mess !! She stood there , like a Deer looking at a cars headlights ! She absolutely was not "well trained", if trained at all ! Meanwhile our sandwich was Scooped out , however they put lettuce , sliced tomatoes and raw onion ! On a grilled Chicken Parmesan Hero??? That Is a first, to say the least!! My friend asked if he too could have a Diet Coke which he never got a chance to order originally!! He then asked if he could get it on the house , because of what had transpired ! She then shouted to the kitchen to get another Diet Coke for him , But he doesn't want to pay for it! Classless !!! If the restaurant wants to close there doors, I would suggest they, i Make her the Manager

I am a first time customer and my order was to go.I had an excellent chicken parm sandwich to go. The chicken was fresh and thick cut. The cheese and sauce were plentiful and the hoagie roll was of good quality. The negative reviews I saw on google are not a fair reflection of this business. It is what prompted me to write this review.I think those people are just miserable and want others to be miserable with them.As a fellow small business owner I would highly suggest people come to this business and try their food. The pizza also looked tasty as I saw 3 customers eating it when I walked in for my takeout order.

The BEST I've had , along with Aunt Lulu's! It hard to find anything close to in New York but these two are just as good and the owners are the nicest people!

I used them for a corporate lunch and they did not disappoint! The Stuffed Shells and Chicken Parmigiana are the quality of a small Italian kitchen prepared with love and time. The flavors were perfect and the portion sizes were perfect. They will definitely be a go-to for future events.
