I have stopped here about 3 or 4 time to grab some Tequitos or the Buffalo chicken rollers and they look terrible every time I'm here. They look like they have been there for a week..

Let me start by saying I love 7-Elevens I have spent so much money in my lifetime at 7-Elevens!!!! This particular 7-Eleven I have given so many chances. it is filthy disgusting water leaking everywhere all the time and to top it off there is zero syrup in the sodas at any given time of day you go in there. The employees are so lazy the store is filthy the soda machines never have the correct measurements of CO2 syrup ratios. I really am reconsidering spending any money at 7-Elevens anymore. You make a complaint through 7-Eleven app you make a complaint by calling the franchisee and still nothing gets done.I highly recommend the 7-Eleven 15 minutes from here it's brand new the customer service is impeccable and they actually have pride in their store and keep it clean and safe. My next call and complaint is to OSHA.Entry 2 February 8, 2024: I am literally laughing at their typical answer to this review. It just shows you that they have no care in the world there that they're only giving you copy and paste answers they're not fixing anything they're not willing to fix anything. This is why I contacted my friends who work pretty high up in the 7-Eleven chain to take care of the issue for me. I repeat go to another 7-Eleven you will highly regret this one do not get any fountain sodas because they literally do not work 98% of the time. There's huge safety issues at the 7-Eleven including leaking coolers almost constantly daily weekly and monthly. Don't bother calling the franchisee he does nothing to help his store improve.

This store is by far the best 7-Eleven I have ever been too. Besides the fact that their food is always fresh & they have a million different coffee blends to chose from, there staff & the owner are the nicest & polite guys you'd ever meet. So thank you guys for opening up a 7-Eleven by me bcuz theres nothing better than starting your day off w/ a great cup of coffee, fresh food & a smile! Thats how everybody's day should be started!!

0 stars. 711 has a rewards program. I tried to use my points and buy a few things but this owner either doesn't train employees to know how to redeem or refuses to help you use your points. Idk why. I'll go to another 711 and ask them how to use the points.

If I could give negative 10 I would the lines are always backed up and this establishment got mad at my mom threaten to call police because the employees are not good enough for technology because Venkata or Syed only know how swim with crocodiles could not play numbers on previous ticket with the numbers already on there which is rescan at any 7 eleven or gas station but common sense isn't common in here should get better employees that actually can manage a lottery machine and be friendly these people are all bad goats not good goats at all I pray to Shiva one day the soda machine will have soda that isn't watered down as well to Ganesha the floors get swept or mopped and to Vishnu the place stop smelling like spoiled chicken wings and tacos they sell without putting gloves to touch the Manger needs to get better management skills because these employees are the equivalent of my garbage getting picked up on Friday's in my neighborhood after the possums have finished eating the remains just straight trash. This is the best 7-Eleven hands down. Plus, the guy who goes by Lumberjack is really nice, above and beyond customer service and really quick. This store has everything and more you'd want, if you actually want a real sevs, come here and you'll find anything. They have edible cookie dough, fun bugs, best IPAs ever and lots of slurpee flavors. Thanks again Lumberjack AKA glasses guy, tried to call and get your name but no dice. You helped me a lot! :)
I really appreciate this great new Mobil/7~11! Impressive selection of coffees, snacks, etc. in a spacious store. I have an old, small & dirty Mobil/7~11 just 3 blocks from my townhouse ~ and now I drive 3~4 miles past it for the upgraded experience! Thank you!

I paid $25 for gas,got the receipt for $25 in fuel but when I went to the pump the display said $20 prepaid,the attendant said no it was $20 in gas,didn't even want to look at the receipt and accepted zero responsibility

This 7/11 was Great when it first opened a couple months ago but has quickly declined to mediocrity. When it was first opened there was always fresh cookies now you get 2 day old hard cookies and it seems they just can't keep up with demand. Only one flavour of celcius left on the shelf. The diet coke from the big gulp machine tastes like regular or coke zero. Just seems like they were awesome at first but rapidly lost that quality.
