I wanted to take a moment to review my experience with Adina from Adina's cakery as Adina's service and professionalism were as impressive as the appearance and flavor of the cake she created for us. Adina responded quickly and so helpfully, providing ideas and guidance, and she was very patient as my siblings and I went back and forth, thereby changing the order a few times; she went above and beyond in terms of delivery, even contacting the venue herself; finally, she created a most beautiful and delicious photo cake about which my son commented, "I don't usually like cake, but it was amazing!" I cannot recommended Adina's Cakery enough. Thanks Adina, for everything!

I ordered a custom birthday cake for my nephews first birthday. I provided a picture for an idea, several conversations as well. I understand the cake would not be exact. The cake looked nothing like we expected. So disappointed for the $$ I paid for it. I have ordered many cakes in my years, I could have done the same and save my money. Yes Adina is a pleasure to deal with, professional when it come to returning emails, and working with your schedule. Her decorating skills need some work. I will not be using her for our next holiday party.

Best cupcakes in town and very friendly staff! They made my birthday cake this year too and it was amazing in both looks and flavor. I love this place!
Poor customer service and unprofessional! She ruined our wedding cake by making a mistake in the recipe and refused to refund us for the disaster of a cake she created!!! Room was set at 68 degrees and there was no heat around the cake , had 1 small led candle on the entire cake table not even near the side that melted 1 hour into coctail hour!!! Had tobe taken away! IT WAS 100% HER FAULT AND SHE IS UNWILLING TO ADMIT IT! If you dont want to be disappointed on your wedding day hire someome else! She stole money she didnt deserve!!! I have a contract copy and pictures to prove this as she is trying to dispute my reviews and lie !!!

let me start by saying Adina is a really nice person and super sweet lady. She responded to all of my emails promptly and answered all of my questions. However, my review is based on her ability to follow instructions and skill. I had a party last year and decided to book Adina based on all the great reviews. I sent her a picture of the cake and she said she could do it. I signed the contract and sent deposit. The day of the party she delivers the cake (she was on time so that was great) and I noticed the design was different from the picture. It was presentable and very pretty but not as the picture. It was like she deliberately decided to just do her own design. The picture i sent had some designs going horizontally and she did them all vertically so i thought that was weird. the edges were also not sharp as pictured they had that very rounded look. Also, i ordered raspberry preserves buttercream on a coconut cake but nobody could really taste any of it. it was just a sweet cake but no other flavor. The cake was very presentable and edible so its not like it ruined my party or anything but i definitely feel I was overcharged and would not book her again because I think if you charge top dollar you must deliver top dollar results. Its to bad because she's such a nice lady but that was my experience with her.
