The owner is wonderful and friendly. Family was here for vacation and he was super nice to answer our questions. We all got pork and it was delicious! Great food and friendly people.

It's a shame this place has good food but completely bad service. The pregnant or fat looking lady at the front acted like I was at fault for not speaking in creole and didn't take my order serious the 1st time I placed it. It was after waiting for 15 min that I had to come in and ask about my order that she finally took me serious and ran to the back to place it. All the while acting as if she couldn't understand me. I know basic creole enough to order some griot. On top of that she took advantage of me by over charging me and then helped herself to a tip which she did not deserve (while acting as if she was to stupid to know how to work the register). The whole time I took my order she carried on a whole other conversation with another Haitian customer. I chose this place for their high point average but it must have been false. And the person at the register will be sure to bring this business down by not wanting to cater to outsiders and stealing from them.

The lady that works the front is really rude. She’s messed up my order then hangs up on me.

The worst customer service you could ever ask. I wonder how those people are considered Haitian.

One of my favorite Haitian restaurants. The service is usually quick along with the food tasting fresh.

I love this place my only problem is the young lady charged me for two large plates instead of 2 small because I didn’t speak creole, she said she don’t no English and was the only one working but told me the price of my food in English and my husband buys from this place all the time so I no it isn’t that much..At this point i will stop eating out.

Every time I visit Florida I like to try a different Haitian restaurant particularly for the "Griot" I was very impressed with BABA.

I was very disappointed when I ordered from this establishment. The woman answering the phone was Rude and had horrible customer service when I was trying to solve a problem related to my order with Uber eats. After all that I received the food and the fried pork was rock hard and dry and the rice was bland. The entire experience was disappointing from beginning to end. I will never Order from here again.

On this food run, I bought 5 plates to circulate in the office from this very quaint family run restaurant. There was Grio complete (fried pork, rice and legumes, salad and fried plantains) with the piklis and creole sauce and Poulet Frit (fried chicken). The pork was deep fried to a solid crisp. The chicken had a crunch but still moist inside, cooked well. The plátanos were fried where they still had a solid crunch. The rice and beans was satisfying but could have used a bit mote spice. The piklis (a Haitian spicy cole slaw type condiment) was hot and made fresh. There isn’t much room to sit so be ready for carry out. The presentation could be improved but for the excellent service and price points... there isn’t much room to complain. Food was ready promptly! Support local business, thank you.
