We’ve been going here for years. It was great a couple years ago - especially with the bison burger. But lately it’s gone downhill. The last 3 times we’ve gone it’s just been off. The drinks aren’t good - yet very expensive. The food is just okay.But my main reason for this review is our recent experience. We went there after a movie to get a quick bite for the kids. We ordered 3 kids meals. 2 Mac & cheese meals and a chicken tender meal. The chicken tenders came with a pretty large amount of chicken and a lot of fries.But the Mac and cheese was sad. For $9 you we got a TINY serving… I mean it had to be a side disd and no fries or anything else.To be honest I’m visually impaired and really couldn’t even see the menu. My friend looked at the menu and said it wasn’t clear at all.The waitress came and asked how everything was and when I expressed my concern about it she literally walked off while I was mid sentence. It was probably the worst service I’ve received. The least she could’ve done is just apologize and clarified for us and showed us in the menu where it said Mac and cheese gets no sides. It truly wasn’t enough food. She avoided us the rest of the time we were there. She could’ve easily warned us that there’s no side and it’s a very tiny amount. I mean the amount was honestly shocking. When we left the kids were still hungry and honestly $17 for 2 sides of Mac and cheese that was actually under cooked?When the waiters come and ask how everything is… are we not allowed to ask questions? Walking off was wrong. The amount of food my kids were served were a joke especially because the tenders meal was truly a full meal…Unfortunately we won’t be going back. We used to go here a LOT but I can’t go back if that’s how you guys allow your waitresses to treat customers… walking off while a customer is mid sentence isn’t okay ever. I understand she may have been tired… but that’s not an excuse.

Had high hopes but the food is average at best. Chicken skewers with chimichurri was overcooked and dry. Drinks were good. Service was nice but vanished once we had our food, we had to get up to ask for the check. I would understand if the place was packed but it was quite the opposite. Next time I’m in the area I would choose a different restaurant.

I'm revisiting Batch for the second time, all thanks to my friend who organizes fantastic lifestyle events. This time, it was the "Cars and CEOs" gathering, reminiscent of a classy car show with CEOs showcasing their high-end vehicles. Afterward, we enjoyed a delightful meal and drinks at a restaurant where Izzy provided exceptional service. Kudos to Izzy for taking such good care of us! ❤️ I must say, the chicken and waffles come highly recommended – they're absolutely delicious! ?

The food here was great, and so was the service!Do yourself a favor and try them out.Happy hour apps were delicious and very reasonably priced.The Wedge salad was diff from what you'd expect and was my favorite.Also, the chicken kebabs were phenomenal.Fun atmosphere and very attentive staff.You and your taste buds will love it here!
My wife and I decided to have a night out at the Batch and we were glad we did. We were promptly greeted by Jennifer at the front who got us seated right away at a nice table outside. Riley was our waitress and was always there to make sure we were being taken care of. We started off with the pretzel appetizer which was a big portion and really good. For dinner, we had the brisket burger and the salmon. Both dishes were great full of flavor. We finished off with some bread pudding which was recommended to us and we were glad we did because it was delicious. Thank you to Jennifer and Riley for the great night out. Will be dining in again and have already passed the word out to my friends and coworkers.

I just want to take a minute and shout out Batch. We celebrated my birthday there for brunch last weekend with my family. We sat outside, the sun was in our eyes and they moved our party of 10 without hesitation and we’re super kind about it. The service was great and they checked on us often making sure we were ok. The food was very good, atmosphere is cute. As we were leaving my daughter was running and playing with her cousins and ran into the wall (not on restaurant property)and cut herself pretty badly, needing medical attention. Jennifer the manager ran over and was assisting us getting us ice and napkins and even offered her ice cream to help her feel better. Anyways, thank you Jennifer (I believe she was the manager) for being so kind during our brunch and during the incident after. Definitely recommend this place. Food was great, good atmosphere, great staff.
