Wildly rude staff who might as well spit in your face because that's the energy they give off. Like "you're breathing my air. Stop". Nighttime patrons are often drunk and dangerous. I do like the not-authentic chicken cheesesteak but quality for price is a giant joke. A good desperation meal when all else is closed but otherwise--pass.

I have NO IDEA how anyone can rate this place 5★s?!?!Went there based on all the Five Star reviews, and have determined that not one of those reviewers knows what a real Philly Cheese steak is supposed to taste like.The roll was ok. However the "ribeye" had as much gristle as it did meat. (I'm still chewing) The chef never chopped and worked the meat on the grill. Didn't add the onions and peppers to the meat while it was on the grill like I asked either.$15.50??? This was a disappointing foodie experience.I'm sorry, but Jersey Mikes makes a better cheese steak than Big Al's.Want a REAL good Philly Cheese steak?Go to Jim's on South Street in Philadelphia.

Wait did I just pay $45 for 2 middle school steak'ums? Place is an absolute trap. Go to Picasso's down the street. Half the price way way better quality....just wish they were open monday. Place is an absolute filthy infested trap house. Two subs came to 31.00 with tax. I added 2 fountain sodas and the total was 45.40 hahahaha yeah OK. And there was rat hair in the sub!! Filthy animals

Exactly what you'd expect for a Philly cheesesteak!!! Not only that, Daniel, a phenomenal, ONE MAN SHOW, I might add was amazing, patient and super kind! Got our cheesesteaks out fast, piping hot, and delicious!
This was nothing like a cheesesteak from up north. It was absolutely smothered in barbecue sauce. And the people at the counter, although they were nice, they were not cleanly at all. We couldn't even eat the steaks. Wet roll with a lb of bbq sauce. 1 slice of cheese when we asked for extra. Just truly disappointing.
