Terrible and a rip off - their "No-Meat" style burger should be their #1 embarrassment. The worst burger I've ever had. Almost no meat, not flavorful, makes WENDY's look amazing. Service was fine and ambience was acceptable. Sorry I went to BurgerFi. I'll NEVER return to this brand again. Probably why it is empty at lunch rush time.

Food was ok. Service was very poor. By the time our food came out which was after about 15 mins which is what we expected, our drinks (shakes) were not ready. The person told us they were coming right up. When after a few minutes they did not appear, I went to check and saw that the cashier who took our order and brought us our food was the same one who was going to be making the shakes she told me she would do that right away. A few mins later I went back and she still had not started as she chose to help other customers that had walked in. I don't think it's too much to expect to have our shakes with our meal not 15 mins after we get our food and are done eating.
