I have tried my best to refrain from leaving a bad review!! I have dealt with this location multiple times messing up my food or my food being not fresh enough.. but tonight put the icing on the cake for me !! I will never return to this location! I asked for my food fresh thru the walk up and willing waited for it.. once I actually eat the food the fries were good but THE BURGER was so SALTY my chest started hurting after I ate two bites of this foolishness and to top it off they didn’t give me my drink that came with the meal.. I feel this was them paying me back for requesting everything fresh it’s not worth the drive back up there I just refuse to ever deal with this location DO NOT GO HERE!!!

The staff is extremely disrespectful and unhelpful. I ordered pickup through door dash and when I arrive, I’m told someone already picked up my order, so essentially it was stolen. I was spoken to condescendingly like I had made the mistake , when I showed proof I was told “nothing I can do” “I don’t get paid to remake orders”. Not confirming door dash pickups orders with those picking up is the employees mistake, they felt no need to help, but was extremely disrespectful after giving my order to someone else.

Whoever this manager is working right now is the rudest mf’r ever she gave the customer their food I stepped up she didn’t acknowledge me rolled her eyes had me standing with her back turned this is why I hardly come to this location due to bad customer service and unprofessional attitudes like the manager with the jacked up red lipstick NEVER again will I spend my hard earned money at the Atlantic Avenue location
