There is no option to choose hot coffee on the chic fil a app for delivery. Why? There is no way to reach a person at the store to phone in an order correction. Please fix.

Awful. The way the management treated me at this location is nothing short of despicable. Food was luke warm, customer service was laughable and overall one of the worst experiences I've had in a fast food restaurant. I will gladly take my business elsewhere thanks for showing me what this company is all about. I think the funniest thing is they get off Sundays when they treat fellow human beings like they're less than nothing. Two thumbs up.

We were greeted in the Drive-Thru Lane by a wonderful young lady named Rose she took our order and we received our food in a timely manner and the food was quite delicious. My only concern is for management the same lady Rose who greeted us and took our order was then seen at closing time walking through the parking lot having to pick garbage up with a gloved hand and not the traditional picker so you don't have to bend over. There were no garbage cans on the property that I could see and having to hand our trash to this young lady walking around with a Chick-fil-A to go bag picking up trash was beneath her and your restaurant. Please have the proper equipment/attire for whomever and not to mention they are standing on their feet outside in all kinds of weather and have to walk around the parking lot to pick up garbage afterwards was a sad site/sight, Rose deserved better.

So, I sat down to eat. The fries tasted bitter and stale. As an American, I know what old fry oil tastes like. This was the only time I've never not eaten my fries, no matter how salty or oily they had been, I had never been a Karen about my fries, always found a way to enjoy them. Instead of eating the fry, I walked up to the cashier and told him "Excuse me sir, I believe the oil might be old. These fries don't taste right." To which he replied "Well that can't be right we change our oil several times a day, would you like another one?" I said no thank you, why would I want something that doesn't receive quality control? During this exchange 4-5 staff members stared at me, shocked at the confrontation. Then I threw my fries away in front of them and said "this isn't the first time I've eaten fast food. But this is the first time I throw away fries." Won't be coming here again. The chicken sandwich was good though!

Horrible service - literally got called the C word driving off after being denied water and then just now the “manager” called me and couldn’t understand anything I was saying apparently but caught enough to go back and forth with me for 10 minutes. Erik Benitez or something is the owner and I’ll look more into him and try to chat directly because this service is absurd

Olivia took my order and because I didn't want the upsell speech I said "and nothing else" after placing my order. I then thanked her only to hear her say "ohhkay." The next car she stated "my pleasure" when they thanked her. Seems biased or my way of ordering was taken personally. Customer service is a lost art. Chick-fil-A please teach Olivia that it's not about her.

Great quick place for nuggets and waffle fries. . Chicken has been a bit overcooked for me on the last several visits. Dipping sauces are great. I like Polynesian and the Chick-fil-A sauce
