The environment is wonderful. Staff are very hard workers especially during rush-hour. Mangers are really supportive even help on the line or online. Even when short staff everyone plays a roll in helping one another great environment.

Do not get food from this store. My order thru Uber eats last night came from this store which was $71 for three orders plus $10 tip. Two orders had hair on them and one was soaked in sour cream soup!!! We were disgusted, couldn’t eat and throw away all to garbage. I don’t think I will be eating from any Chipotle anymore. Uber doesn’t refund because it was not a delivery or order issue.

Employees don’t listen to instructions whether it’s an online order or in person. It’s almost as if they purposely want to ignore requests or just don’t care about their job whatsoever. It’s not a lot to expect a simple to be done accurately, but it literally never is. Also steak and chicken is constantly rubbery. On top of that, employees are just rude. rhey don’t smile or speak nicely, one time I threw $2 in their tip jar & not even a thank you. Why do I let this company take my money and give me nothing in return? Not anymore.

Be careful. Definitely got food poison. They don’t check their food on a regular basis… there is many class action lawsuits about this. No joke. It was a horrible time

I ordered online and my husband went to pick up our food, the boyish looking lady at the register with short reddish hair rolled her eyes at him and said you need to order it online if you want something extra my husband said sorry but my wife tried and there’s no where to add extra side of sour cream. The lady rolled her eyes and said that there was so my husband asked her to show him and she couldn’t. I DON’T APPRECIATE SOMEONE BEING RUDE TO MY HUSBAND OVER A SIDE OF SOUR CREAM WHEN WE ORDER THERE ALL THE TIME AND WE EVEN TIP THEM. IT DOESN’T COST A DAMN THING TO BE NICE TO SOMEONE. This isn’t the first time that lady has done this to us or others SHE IS RUDE AND IF WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE TOU NEED TO AT LEAST ACT FAKE AND PUT ON A SMILE AND BE NICE NO MATTER WHATS GOING ON IN YOUR LIFE.

I just read some of the other reviews and I understand why they’re all pretty horrible. I came here three times last week, ordered the same thing all three times and was charged three different prices. When I asked the woman waiting on me why this was ? I got nothing but a horrible, rude attitude, (Her name was Liz by the way), I think it’s fair to say that Liz is a miserable human being, and should have nothing to do with customer service. I won’t be going back !!

I came here today with my friend before heading into the gym because we were both hungry. I went to go pay and got asked if that was it and I replied with “yes” but then realized I wanted sides and he replied with “so then that wasn’t all then” and the I told him what sides I wanted. He proceeded to be very rude and when I asked for one last thing he threw the bag at us and then “asked if that was all” and when we asked for cups he also threw those too at us and I replied if he had a problem with us, which he replied with “you said that was all but you clearly want more stuff” with such attitude. He has black hair and a beard and tends to be working as the cashier a lot. There is no reason even if you are having a bad day to be rude to your customer, even if you are at your job you should be expected to do your job and not give attitude to the customer. Overall, very bad experience and hope I never have to experience this again. Very inappropriate of the worker’s behavior and hope the manager reads this and deals with him.

Worst service ever. Whenever I go in, always have to wait until I can grab their attention. They all seem as if they are being forced to work there and have the worst attitudes. Food is always cold and some food items always taste like soap. Never going to this location again.

Horrible service the servers there don't acknowledge you they look at you with a disgusting face like if they're miserable working there. If you don't like your job, you should go work somewhere else. Bad management will never be coming to this place. Definitely don't recommend there's other ones closer by. No need to get treated like crap when you're going to go pay for food. Worst experience on December 4
