This location is terrible. Already 3 times I had an issue with order. Food dither shows up completely cold or an hour after ordering. I call and speak to the manager and it’s completely useless. I’m not surprised cause I did a fake out one day and the quality of the employees was awful. The owner of this store really needs to make serious changes

No complaints at all. I got a hot/fresh pizza for a great price. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and it was worth the wait for my order which was less than 10 minutes. Can't beat it with a stick!

Last time ordering from here. Manager is missing or doesn’t care that the hired hands don’t know how to do their job. Look how they butchered my pizza by slicing it so carelessly! They also forgot to even make my stuffed cheesey bread when I went in to pick up my order that the pizza tracker said was “complete.” So I stood in the store for 15 minutes for them to make that while my pizza got cold. When I get home I realize they didn’t even give me a marinara sauce for dipping (which is included in price). If you’re hungry for pizza, go to Sal’s down the sidewalk or a different location. What a joke!

Placed an order that was supposed to take 15-30min. Called in 30min later, and they said it would take an extra 30min. This was upsetting but I didnt complain. 30min later, still no order so I call in. Waited 20min to talk to someone. By the time I speak to someone, they yell that they are "doing the best they can, and they are crashing." He said, it would take another 30min, so I said, can I speak to the manager. He said that would take 30min. I said, thats unacceptable. His excuse was the manager is "making your pizza." I calmy said, sounds like your just trying to dismess me, and you screamed and hung up on me. What is going on here??? Why am I waiting so long, why is no one able to help me, and WHY am I being hung up on. Update, still no order. Its been 2 hours since I placed the order.

I ordered from this location and it is 8 minutes from the Hilton Garden Inn, it took them over an hour to deliver!? ?
Quite possibly the worst Delivery/Food Experience in my lifetime .The Pizza sent to us was Cold Cardboard lacking sauce and cheese with no flavor whatsoever.The Bacon Cheddar Tots were sub-par at best and there was NO Cheddar cheese,only Bacon with Cold Tots and sauce.Did I mention they were an hour late !? quoted .n
